Question about Outlook Express

I am new to Windows 10 and Movie Maker. I have been using Microsoft DVD Maker on Windows 7 which worked great. The problem I am running into with Movie Maker is making a slide show with music (no problem with this part) but when I play it on my Blue Ray DVD player, I have to select Video to run it and the slides are displayed as smaller pics in the middle of the TV screen with black borders on each side. I would like the slides to appear on a full screen as they have with the older DVD Maker software.

Can this be accomplished with settings on Movie Maker (I have not found any) or is this a function of the Burner software? I use Media Suite Essentials to burn the DVD's and I am wondering if I upgraded the Cyberlink Media Suite Essentials to the Premium version, would that not give me the option to have the slides displayed in a full screen?

I am disappointed that Microsoft did away with the DVD Maker - that worked great and allowed users to create DVD discs with music and burn them all in one program but,  if anyone has any ideas or suggestions as they relate to Movie Maker, I'd appreciate the help.

Is it possible to transfer or export a movie maker file for viewing on a cell phone (IPhone or Android)

I have used Movie Maker on my laptop about a year ago but am now trying to open the program up and I am provided with the attached error message. 

I can't find the program in my Control Panel to uninstall and then reinstall. I have also tried to just reinstall the program as a download but the pop up says that I already have installed the program. 

Any tips on what to do to get Movie Maker working again?

There seems to be a problem with "windows live mail" and "mailto" links containing special characters in the "subject" part.

The special characters are incorrectly displayed.

How to reproduce: Create a test html file containing: 

<a href="mailto:?subject=Viele%20Gr%C3%BC%C3%9Fe&body=Viele%20Gr%C3%BC%C3%9Fe">Mailto</a>

The problem can be reproduced with Internet Explorer 9 and 11 / Chrome + the latest version of Windows Live Mail 2012  (Build 16.4.3528.0331)

However, the problem does not seem to exist if you open the link with Firefox.

The Problem also does not exist if you use Outlook 2013 to open the mailto link. In Outlook there is an option: "Allow UTF-8 support for the mailto: protocol." However i cannot find such an option in Windows Live Mail.

I tried all the options i could find which have anything to do with encoding in Windows Live Mail. While this helps to display incoming messages, or when writing your own messages, correctly, i did not find a way to display the mailto link with special characters correctly.

Here is my situation.

One of my old computer is running XP with Windows Live Mail. There are over 10,000 mails on it.

I bought a new computer with Windows 10, and Outlook 2016.

I read some guides to move the mails on the same computer from Windows Live Mail to Outlook.

But I don't know how to move them to a different computer.

I understand that I can use Sync feature to download the mails on my new computer.

It looks like it will be slow.

Any help?

Beginning April 13, 2016 I have been unable to delete the 2700+ emails in my deleted email section of windows live 2012. When I attempt to do so I receive a message that an unknown error has occurred. 

After speaking with both Dell tech support and my ISP's support individuals, I was asked to log in to my Outlook account. I did so and there is absolutely no mail there.

I have not touched any of the properties associated with my windows live mail account as the Dell tech support individual did remotely review and found no issues. I have cleared all mail and trash from my ISP's email area.

There was an update that was installed on 4/13/16 and several others after the last one being 5/26/16. All are indicated as having been successful. For some unknown reason my computer began downloading Windows 10 on 5/17/16 however I was able to revert back to Windows 7 with assistance.

With all of that being said, is there a solution to my issue with my inability to delete the deleted items?
