Photo emails using WLM & Onedrive fail to upload.
This problem reared its head about 6/22/16.
I emailed the Onedrive support team and they won’t accept responsibility for this problem yet.
The workaround is the same as the last time this problem happened.
Don’t use the ONEDRIVE photo option in WLM but send the photo as an attachment.
Please let me know when someone accepts responsibility for this issue and quits telling me to inform another division of Microsoft(Run Around.)
This problem is happening on my work computer and my home computer. I have tried it on several e-mail accounts also. This is why I think the problem lies with the ONEDRIVE team.
My new pc has Windows 10. Because I need Bitlocker I upgraded to Windows 10+ When I started Bitlocker - for no good reason I applied it to the unused "D" drive partition. I saved the Identifier and Recovery Key and also put in a Password.
Now I am trying to encrypt the "C" Drive. Again, I have an Identifier and Recovery Key - different to the ones for the "D" drive, but I was not asked for a Password for the "C" drive.
On accessing Bitlocker through Control Panel I find a screen which says "(C) Bitlocker encrypting."
This is fine but what about a Password? Does the "D" drive password work on the "C" drive as well?
Running Outlook 2011 under OS 10.10.5 but now Outlook 2011 no longer opens on this computer that also has Outlook 2016 installed. Upon starting Outlook 2011, the opening splash screen doesn't even consistently appear and the "active" notation dot in the Dock appears for a short time but then disappears. I get no error message. One time after I moved the current 2011 Main Identity to the trash (but did not empty the trash) I was told that I had to select an Identity.
Thus I've tried using backup Main Identities and they do not work either. I was able to import the current Outlook 2011 Main Identity into Outlook 2016 with no issues and CAN access my Exchange server email account using Outlook 2016.
I've twice repaired disk permissions and restarted after each repair but still cannot open Outlook 2011 on that computer. I CAN open Outlook 2011 on my other computer (under OS 10.10.5) and CAN access my Exchanger server email account via that computer. The 2nd computer does NOT have Outlook 2016 installed.
Does Outlook 2016 interfere with Outlook 2011? If not, does this mean I'd need to reinstall Office 2011 on the first computer to get it to continue working?

So I have the problem that my colleague has created a Word file on a Windows machine, and she has emailed it to me: i use a Mac. When i open it i get a message that it's read-only and i need to create a copy to edit, so I do that. I edit it, rename it, and save it - all works fine, but when I email it back to her, she can't open it.
Why not and what can I do about it?
Thanks!
Hi guys! Hope the Office for Mac users here can weigh in.
I have 2 certificates/key pairs available in my Mac: 1 for RSA, and another for ECC.
In Windows, I have no problem using either one.
In Mac (Mavericks), I can select the RSA one for either signing or encryption in Outlook 2011, but the ECC one can only be selected in the list for signing.
I can put up screens from my Mac in succeeding posts, but does anyone know if ECC encryption is supported in Outlook 2011 for Mac?
Thanks.
