Question about Outlook Express

When I open Windows Live Mail 2012 I receive a popup ERROR MESSAGE.

"There was an error when attempting to connect to the Windows Live Calendar service. If the error persists check to see if there is an upgrade of windows live mail available or contact service representative"

Over the last two weeks all incoming emails commence with ***SPAM*** ,when they are normal messages.

My provider iprimus.com.au has established that it is the fault of my Client server Windows Live Mail.

Alternatively, could someone tell me how to contact Microsoft directly [email or phone] to resolve this Windows Live Mail problem.

I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET MY PICTURES BACK IN ORDER SINCE I UPGRADED TO WINDOWS 10 FROM 7.  IT IS IMPOSSIBLE.  ALL THE PICTURES ARE OUT OF ORDER AND MIXED HELTER SKELTER.  I TRIED AKING A FOLDER WITH A NAME ON IT, CLICKED ON PICTURES THAT I WANTED TO PUT IN THERE.  THE WHOLE SCREEN DISAPPEARED INTO IT AND I COULDN'T GET THEM BACK OUT.  I AM SO SICK OF THIS HORRIBLE MESS AND THERE SEEMS THAT NO ONE CAN HELP ME.  I HAVE BEEN DIRECTED TO A COUPLE DIFFERENT PLACES - THEY DID NOTHING.  WINDOWS MUST CERTAINLY KNOW HOW TO CORRECT THIS.  BUT I GET NO ANSWERS FROM WINDOWS.  WHENEVER I HAVE GONE TO THEM, THEY SEND ME SOMEWHERE ELSE, WHICH TAKES CARE OF "OTHER" THINGS.  I CAN'T TELL YOU HOW FED UP I AM.  I HAVE OVER A THOUSAND PICTURES AND THEY ARE ALL MIXED UP.  WHEN I WANT TO FIND A PARTICULAR PICTURE I HAVE TO GO THRU THEM ALL.  I'M FED UP AND AFRAID OF LOSING ALL OF MY PICTURES.....

I have spent weeks creating a wlmp project from Mp4 video, jpeg images and Mp3 audio files.

1022 pieces I have edited!!

Am able to watch project in WLMM although had frequent exclamation marks which went away after closing and reopening program.

When I go to save movie for high definition display it does about 5% over approx. 1/2 hour and then gives me error 0xC945002D !!!!

I have been reading on net that Mp4's and Mp3's are not compatible. If this is the case, why does it let you load into project??

What can I do so I don't have to start again.
