I was using Windows Live Mail and Skype under Windows 7. After upgrading to Windows 10 I lost Skype. I had to re-install skype via the Windows 10 Upgrade Skype. That required an Outlook.dk account. After setting up an Outlook.dk account the Mail tile now only opens Outlook.dk.

How to I get my Windows Live Mail (WLM) back?

It is important that I do not loose my WLM storage, settings and accounts. I use a POP3 account that I no longer have the user name and password for.

Looked on the internet and this forum and there have been similar problems but I haven't found the fix to this.

When I use Movie Maker on Windows 10, the .mov files from my Nikon camera have a slight hissing sound in the background when played. This hissing continues when the video is saved at high settings, too. This means that it continues to when I upload to YouTube.

I have an example of a video where it is hissing here, skip past the intro and you will hear it: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=c7NNttHKxN0

Please help ASAP. I really need to get this working for my YouTube videos. Thanks for your support, I hope this issue can be resolved quickly.

I have been using Windows Live Mail 2012 running under Windows 10 since February 2016 without any problems.  For some reason, beginning during the last week or so, my mail in the Inbox, Sent and Trash has been disappearing without me deleting it.  I need some of this history but where is it going - I cannot seem to find it and have not found any answers from Microsoft or the Microsoft Community.  If it is anywhere I would appreciate someone letting me know where it is or what do I need to do to stop this from happening?

Also, I see in the Microsoft Community that Windows Live Mail will not be supported to run in Windows 10.  I have never received any notice of this from Microsoft and will have big problems if this is true by June 30th!!!!!  What is going on from Microsoft with all of this kind of announcements?

I have not found an easy way to convert to Outlook.com from Windows Live Mail 2012.  If I need to do this where is the documentation?
