All my time line images jumped to single pictures that lasted the same time, but they used to be in strips that increased or decreased in length according to the time length I would set them. It is impossible to edit each frame this way!
How do I get the images to go back to strips? The video clips seem to be shorter, too.
I lost all mails stored on my computer on windows live mail , when I upgraded from windows 7 to windows10. Though all the account settings of windows live mail are intact in the new windows.

I get this error message below when I can’t send an email. I tried the fix suggested in accounts/properties/advanced but still can’t send an email. Can you help? Please reply soon. John July 3 2016

I am running Windows version 8.
For the last couple of days when I open my Windows Live Mail 2012 application it freezes immediately. I can't navigate what so ever in it and have a difficult time closing it.
