I purchased a laptop from Dell that had Windows 10 installed on it...I setup the Mail program as advised and found that there was no  way to add folders to store messages that I want to keep...Is there a way that I can install Windows Live Mail on this laptop...That is the program that I would prefer to use ??

Using Live Mail in Windows 10 when trying to send to groups using Bcc:   The complete group or category addresses do not appear.  Some time only 1 address or 10 out of 50 will appear when checking by clicking on the + before the group name.  I check the community and the last inquiry or answer was in 2014.   Why isn't this fixed?  Please advise.

Having trouble with incoming emails with a picture.  Live Mail brings the email in and shows an unread email with a (1) beside the inbox logo/text, but it does not show up in the email list/ident box.  Clicking on the inbox does nothing.   Going directly to the inbox folder for Live Mail on the "C" drive, the email is there and can be read with the picture.  Going back to Live Mail, the indication that there is an unread email in the inbox is gone, but it is still not listed.

Using Windows 7

Windows Live Mail Version 2011 (build 15.4.3555.0308)

PLEASE HELP
