Question about Outlook Express

I use a Clickfree C2N to backup my files and have had very little trouble with it until now.

It has now started to backup hundreds of files under the Emails option but I don't have hundreds of so called  Email files for it to backup! This has happened over the past 2-3 weeks and I don't know why. From the list it seems that not all these files are even Emails.

I've tried resetting Clickfree but that makes no difference. As far as I know its software is up to date. Before I refer this to Clickfree for their consideration, has anyone any ideas on why this is happening. Could it be that I have unknowingly changed a setting and a simple readjustment would put things right or is there something more fundamental happening?

I'm on Windows 10 64 bit on an hp Pavilion DV7 laptop.

For peat sake why doesn't mirosoft fix Photo Gallery.  I have seen "photo gallery' has stopped working close program and you will be notified when FIXED. Well when will YOU FIX IT?

I bought a new hp tower back in Fedurary of this year and I have down loaded Windows live mail 2 times now and I cannot send mail.

It gives me an error of 0x800ccc0d   WHAT SHOULD I DO???????????
