Hey all
I've been having some issues with Movie Maker when I try to alter the speed of a clip. Everything runs fine and I can save the clip "for high definition display" but upon playback I get those blurry lines you used to get when fast forwarding a video tape. I have 'prepare files for faster editing' disabled so that's not causing the problem.
Its been recommended to me that I only fast forward the clips x2 at a time, and repeat the process. I did, but same problem. It's worth noting my clips can be up to an hour long.
As you can probably see, another issue I'm having is the ratio dropping, then being filled in with black boarders. I haven't properly looked into any solutions for this yet but help is appreciated since I probably won't find any elsewhere.

I was chatting with a tech. and got disconnected. The case (chat) number is 1347281318 and the tech. was Bernadette 1.
On opening Windows Live Mail, I see ‘To help protect your account information, please sign in again’
Recently, whenever I open my Windows Live Mail, I I get a dialog box that says "To help protect your account information, please sign in again".
I hit cancel or just X out of the dialog box and am able to access my mail just fine.
How do I avoid receiving this message?

For regular emails, the reading pane shows the sent time of the email.

However, for meeting invites, the sent time is NOT shown.

How do I find out what time the meeting invite was originally sent?
I have a customer using the most recent version of Windows Live Mail for Calendar (with Windows 7) and he's not able to create a "New Event" and select "Birthday" as an option and wants to know why. Birthday's is a sub-category on the side to display/hide, so he can manually change it to a Birthday later, I believe. But he cannot simply click "New Event" and choose Birthday right off the bat.
Anybody have any ideas?
Don't know any other helpful pieces of information. I don't even have his laptop with me currently, so I was hoping to find some suggestions before he brought it back in. I couldn't find any useful information online elsewhere.
There are no buttons and other editing tools on my screen. I have this problem on three different computers, one with windows 7 and 2 with windows 10. In the past I had it too and it was solved by deleting some windows update. But later the problem returned. Now I have this problem As I said on 3 different computers. Who knows how to fix this?
