Question about Outlook Express

I am using windows live mail and when I send an email it is going into my sent file but is not being received.  When I send an email on my phone using the same account it works fine.  The message I have been getting on Live is;

Server Error: 421

Server response: 421 nskntcmgw06p BigPond outbound connection refused too many sessions from 101.182.46.30. OB007

Original Title: What happened to Photo Gallery?.

When I had to have Windows 10 removed and re-installed (technical difficulties), Photo Gallery disappeared. In the apps list, it seems to have been replaced with just plain "Photos." This is not easy to use, not nearly as intuitive and in the process, I've lost pictures, downloaded duplicates and it is sorting them into folders in a different way. In short, it's really gotten my picture organization and ease of use in a mess. Does anyone know if it is possible to get Photo Gallery back?

I upgraded to Windows 10 w/o issues. I have used Windows Live Mail for years and it continues to work fine, except that I can no longer attach and send pictures. I suspect thatt WLM may not be compatible with One Drive, but I don't know anything about OneDrive other than I think it used to store my pictures for my email note recipient to look at.

Original Title: The Date Navigator?

The Outlook page updated today and now I can't find the Date Navigator or "Go To" which is usually found at the bottom of the page of emails/screen.   How do I get this feature back for my Outlook.com.

I have my photos in Picasa. Windows 10. Internet exp.11   POP .  Is there another site I can use besides WLM to send photos

from Picasa??  I have done all the right stuff but can not send from WLM anymore.  Please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
