How do I reset my window live mail to send.receives messages??

Unable to send or receive messages for the Msn (njcolonna) account.

Subject 'test'
Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x800488EB

Pleae advise me how to reset my  account information to get my MSN emails  into windows live mail.     Thanks    Norm
