Why is my screen disappearing every time I go to click to add my account

I have Windows 10 and Windows Live.com. When I click on my email icon it says it is not synched. So I click to add the account and a box comes up with my account as well as a list of other possible accounts. I click on my account and the screen disappears. I do it again, this time a box comes up to fill in my email address. I attempt to do that, but the screen disappears.

After reading some of the other posts, I checked to make sure I had Windows Essential 2012, and found that I didn't so I downloaded it; only the mail part. I even went back and did a repair.

Why is my screen disappearing every time I go to click to add my account? Why did my email account completely disappear to begin with?

Marketing emails have an unsubscribe option. I used to be able to start typing my email into that box and the it would auto-complete. It no longer does that and I would like to re-establish that function. Any suggestions? AH

Why is my Movie Maker file size so large?

Movie Maker tells me I have a movie that is 1.36 hours long (which can be saved on a DVD), but when I save the movie, it tells me the file size is 8 G (& now I need a bigger storage device). Any ideas what/why is this happening?

hello i  been wanting to know if there is any way to ask i want to be able to create email accounts so i can game more . but there is a limit on the daily creation so im wondering if there is any way i could contact microsoft  so i could create what i wanted in emails i know this may have already been asked i just wonder  how or what i can do as well i want create  9 more accounts . but as i know theres a limit .. so yea any way i can apply to get the accounts i wanted created or link one account with all  9 so i have ten and able to use them for my gaming . just need a fix to this problem i am happening .

Hi:

The link below shows that Windows Essentials 2012 (which includes Windows Movie Maker) will work with Windows 10, but when I scroll down to that version, the description does not include Windows 10.

I don't understand.

Will it work with Windows 10, or does Windows 10 have a different Movie Maker app ?
