For weeks now i get "delivery to the following recipients has failed", computer is clean. tried from multiple pc's. something is happening on server side.

Currently running the windows 8.1 version and as we still have four days to download windows 10 for free im tempted to give it a go but as I require and use Windows Live Mail version 12 , Build 16.4.3564.1216 to handle mail gmail account, i wonder whether this tool will be installed along with windows 10 and will all messages, contacts embedded with it will migrate to the new OS W10?
tried to export the current messages in Windows live mail but there is a bug and cannot do it....

I have 2 PCs running Windows 10 and Live Mail. The same email, containing an embedded picture of a letter, was received on both PCs. On one, the pictures appeared so small that text in the letter could not be read. On the other, the picture was full size and easily readable.
Whilst I can enlarge the small embedded picture, or save it as a jpg, it's definition is lost in compression and it still cannot be read. Both PCs have Live Mail 2011, build 15.4.3555.0308 and I can find no option to change the size of the embedded picture.
Please advise
