Windows Live Mail FAQ
I need to delete an unsent email but cannot find my outbox in outlook email. It is not showing on the navigation pane at all, I tried preferences and nothing there shows how to view my outbox. Now I cannot send any other emails because this email is still trying to send and I know it is because it is too large, but I can't find it to delete it.
I tried closing out of outlook and rebooting and it is still sitting there. It is not in draft folder either.
Can anyone help?

Windows Defender will not finish updating. Gets about 1/3 through and never continues. Reinstalled 3 times. Tells me already installed. The 1st image is where it gets hung up. The 2nd image shows Windows Defender window. Can you help? Thank you in advance! Bye the way, Under product- select one-there is no option for windows defender except under Category, so I checked Messenger.

Original title: Win 10 Mail and Outlook
MS forced Win 10 on me. Win Live Mail 2009 is now erratic so I decided to switch to Win 10 Mail, but am concerned about losing my Storage Folders (and contents), Inbox, and Contacts. Also, I've been reading about Outlook.com but nothing about how it is related to Win 10 Mail.

How can I obtain a backup disc for Win 10. It should be free because I didn't ask for or approve the Win 10 upgrade.
I want to download windows live essentials and I keep getting the message--unable to download, make sure you're connected to the internet. It was automatically included in my other version of windows. Is this available for Windows 10? If so, how do I download? thank you!
