Question about Outlook Express

Help...

For several weeks now.. every time I try sending an email with photos it gets stuck in the outbox with this error message on the screen.

I can still send emails with attached Word documents but things go wrong the moment I try to send photos.

What can I do to remedy this?

Have spent hours trying to get my DVD to play on my DVD player,

it always played fine when made in My Windows 7.  When I upgraded to 10 last year

little did I realize that MS doesn't make a DVD even though it tells me

to choose how I want to make the DVD.  When trying to burn it, there's

not even a close this session -have made 4 DVDs of a project and none

of them will play on my DVD player (says bad disc)  Very frustrating.

I see a file that says MP4 and one that says WMLP ?  I'm wanting to give

this project as a gift for someone who will play it on a DVD player.  Not

everyone has the Smart TV to watch a YouTube etc.

I've been working on an animated music video, and completed it using movie maker. When I completed the video however, I noticed strange pixels in various parts of the video, usually in darker scenes for some reason.

I figured it was due to using a screen recorder that compressed the original resolution, so I redid the video by directly downloading the clips I wanted. The original mp4 files have no such artifacts and its only after adding the videos into Movie Maker that they appear. 

I would like to know what is the cause of this issue, and if it can be fixed?

I am getting an error message asking if my email programme is MAP1 compatable?  I have been trying to send an invoice by email from MYOB, which was working when through Windows live Hotmail.  Any suggestions.  I have Windows10 and using Outlook.

I'm getting a similar, if not same problem.  I am getting the error message below:

I am running Windows 10 - Updated to anniversary edition

I am using Windows Live Mail 2011

I have a few old Hotmail addresses that I still wish to collect mail on and I want to keep them separate to my mail accounts in my Outlook or Mail Programs.

I have also tried the fix to re-build Essentials but no luck
