I have used this system with no problems for several years.  I now get a pop requesting my password, which it will not accept.  I use an att.com email address that I have used for several years.

I have looked at many responses to similar questions, but can't seem to use them to solve the problems.  I am also getting an error code of 08xd00005, during some attempts a solutions.

Thank you,

Betty

So I have Windows 10, have been using Windows Movie Maker for the past several years along side it, and just suddenly today, being Sept 1 2016, decided to crash any time I try to load a video in it for compression.

When trying to do a trouble shoot it simply says: Incompatible program which makes no sense to me since I've changed nothing.  Nothing's been updated.  Nothing's been corrupted as far as I can see.  Nothing's different.  Yet from yesterday to today the program just up and stopped working.

Hello,

I have been receiving the following error message for a couple of weeks...

Unable to send or receive messages for the Hotmail account.

Server Error: 0x801941F7
Server: 'https://m.hotmail.com/Microsoft-Server-ActiveSync'
Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x801941F7

Hotmail messages appear to be getting 'stuck' as they are downloading. For instance, when I click send & receive, Windows Live Mail will check for messages and get stuck saying 'Downloading message 0 of 41 in 'Inbox'', before displaying the error above.

Hotmail messages do seem to be getting through to my inbox periodically, however, will often display the following message:

Message could not be displayed

Windows Live Mail encountered an unexpected problem while displaying this message. Check your computer for low memory or low disk space and try again.

I have checked my computer for low memory and disc space and there isn't an issue with either.

I have two other business email addresses which I use on Windows Live Mail and both of those are working without any problem.

Any help or advice would be much appreciated.

Thanks

Split from this thread.

I was in my Dunkin Donuts accounts when this happened.  My e-mail is ok.

I can no longer sign in to my dd account or eliminate the crazy pop up email there.

Help!

Using Windows Live Mail- Sent e-mails are stuck in my outbox- tried different settings with tech who could not diagnose or fix this issue. Verizon/AOL is my ISP- I thought this was a simple fix- but now seems to be a issue. Any ideas out their?

When I read an email and decide I want to keep it. I then move it to a folder so I can view it at a later . However when I go to that folder I can see the email anywhere. What am I doing wrong or what do I need to do to see it?
