Question about Outlook Express

My problem is that I cannot access my Hotmail account from ANY browser.  When I get to a login page and put in my correct email and password (I have changed my password to confirm) I am redirected to

https://bay168.mail.live.com/default.aspx?rru=inbox

The page then reads: 

bay168.mail.live.com’s server DNS address could not be found.

This is happening in ie, chrome and edge on my home network and over cell. 

I am able to send/receive using mail apps on both windows 10 and android.

I have cleared cache/browsing his any assistance appreciated!!

I had a video i had been working on for quite a while and i recently finished it so i saved it and got out of movie maker

I went to make some adjustments to the video and once it opened their was no videos on the storyboard, their was no audio and the whole video was just a black screen but the video still said it went for the same time as my original video and also still had the title and captions

Can anyone help me?

Receiving this massage  "Your server has unexpectedly terminated the connection.  Possible causes of this include server problems, network problems or long period of inactivity."  In the details part it says  Lookup failed lp2mb217642128iec

It wont let me receive emails from my gmail account.  Can anyone help.  Have had a chat with support and they told me because i havent used it for 4 to 5 months maybe it has been deactived??Cheers Jo
