Question about Outlook Express

Just stumbled on how to use function keys for Sticky Notes like--for large text you press CTRL+Shift+>.  However 3 of the combinations don't work.

                  1. strikethrough text--CTRL+T

                  2. Bullet--CTRL+Shift+L

                  3. Number list--CTRL+L  put in 2 times.

If anyone has any information on this, any help would be appreciated.     Thank you,  Dolores Desroche

I've re-made my video three times because Movie Maker keeps crashing. The first time it crashed, the program just ended, then I re-opened movie maker and was able to recover my edit.

The second and third time, my laptop hanged altogether. Not even the start key, Alt+tab, Alt+F4 or CTRLALTDEL worked.that I had no choice but to turn it off and boot again. When I open movie maker, it gives me the option to recover my edit, which I did, but the file recovered does not have my video clips. It only shows the duration of each clip on the preview pane, and also plays the title/caption, but no video or audio. Just black screen playing.

I also tried not recovering the file upon opening move maker and opening my last saved work instead, but it gave me the file corrupted message and won't open the file.

This is really annoying since I tried everything, knowing that the program keeps crashing. I save my work every 10 minutes or so, but once it crashes, not even my saved edit is recovered.

I would likely switch to another editor but I need to recover what I've finished first. I've been working on it for two days and I really don't want to start from scratch again.

I am on Windows 10. All my source video clips are intact, not moved nor deleted. No triangles and exclamation points. The clips simply do not appear on the timeline, but the preview pane with black screen shows how many clips and minutes there supposedly is.

Please help.

Once again, after a Windows 10 Update, I'm trying to reset my Windows Live Mail account on a new computer that had Windows 10 already installed.  I don't like Outlook, so I've chosen to use Windows Live Mail.   I have reentered and removed my account in Windows Live Mail several times today, on Sunday and on Saturday.

This is how I set up the Windows Live Mail account.  The messages I have sent have a lot of the Special Characters from the Character Map symbols.  When I use Reply, Reply to All, or Forward, the original message does not appear in the body of the note I’m Sending/Forwarding.

Can anyone tell me why I having the problems I am having with the extra characters or why the original message in not included in Replies or Forwards?

I really appreciate someone tell where I’m making my mistakes, because every time I try to correct the information, it just gets worse.

Im an occasional blogger using Google Blogger platform since 2009 and Windows Live writer was previously my only favorite writing software to post my articles from.

Since Google changed something to their privacy etc, they are inviting Bloggers to use Open Live Writer to post their articles, instead of Windows Live Writer.

Furthermore to this, I've used Windows Live Writer for several years but since 2013 I never used it and I almost forget how did I configure it with my Blogger that time and now when I tried (first WLW) to configure it says your Username and Password is incorrect so I searched on Google and found that I should install Open Live Writer but (secondly) on the Open Live Writer I'm facing the same problem.

- Installed the Open Live Writer

- Setup / configuration is same like Windows Live Writer

- Placing my blog URL (including https:// because my blog is on HTTPS) correctly.

- Putting my Google username and password (the one I'm using to login to Blogger) correctly, and I have no 2 steps verification security on my Google logins. 

- Chose the blogging platform, in my case its Blogger (on the second number in the drop down menu).

===THE PROBLEM STARTS HERE===

- Now, it shows me "Remote Posting Web Address for your blog:" which I cannot understand, and didn't changed at all.

- But when I press "Next", it appears the same error message that "The username or password is incorrect".

NOW, MY QUESTION IS THAT, IF THE "OPEN LIVE WRITER" IS A MICROSOFT SOFTWARE, CAN ANYONE GUIDE ME HOW GET RID OF THIS ISSUE.

ANY HELP AND SUGGESTION WILL BE APPRECIATED.

  I use to make my own movies using my videos and pictures. using window movie makers and dvd makers now I got window 10 .use let me pic tempplates . put chapters  now what I do

I apologise if I am doing something just very silly but I am struggling with this messaging programme in Windows 10.

I will set the stage.

I have a Surface Pro 3, with a fully up to date version of Windows 10 on it.

I also have a Lumia 970. Again up to date.

Both are logged in with the same Hotmail account.

The phone does everything I expect it to so I don't think the problem is there.

But on the Surface the messaging programme doesn't seem to work at all. It has some of my conversations in there, but only conversations from before March. And it wont ever send a text message.

If on the surface I just use Cortana to send a text, that works fine. It sends it to the phone and it is sent.

And when I receive texts they all come up as a notification on my surface.

So then why can't I then reply from the surface using the messenger programme? Why is it not saving or synching them properly?

Any advice, a set of options I haven't ticked properly?

As of last Friday, I cannot access any new email on either of my two hotmail accounts on my desktop workstation running MS Outlook 2010.  (Modified 01062011) One is personal. one is business. I can access both email accounts on my iphone as well as on my MS Surface Book using Outlook.

but when I try to send/receive all on my Workstation running MS Outlook 2010 (part of the MS Office suite I am currently using) it gives me the following message(s) two per each account.
