Question about Outlook Express

As of last Friday, I cannot access any new email on either of my two hotmail accounts on my desktop workstation running MS Outlook 2010.  (Modified 01062011) One is personal. one is business. I can access both email accounts on my iphone as well as on my MS Surface Book using Outlook.

but when I try to send/receive all on my Workstation running MS Outlook 2010 (part of the MS Office suite I am currently using) it gives me the following message(s) two per each account.

 reported error (0x8DE00005) : 'There is an error synchronizing your mail account. Please verify your account is configured correctly by first accessing your mail on the web.  Error: 3219. Server. An error occured in looking up the user's information in mserv. '
Task emailaddress.com reported error (0x8004102A) : 'Error with Send/Receive.  There was an error synchronizing your folder hierarchy. Error : 80041004.'

Im trying to open a project with windows live movie maker but every time i try and open it I get this message- 

Sorry, Windows Movie Maker can’t open this product file. The file may not be compatible with Windows Live Movie Maker or be corrupted. Please select a different project file.

This only happens with one file that i have been working on for the last month, all my other projects open without a problem. I spent many hours on this project and would like to know if there is any way to save it.

I use my talk talk e-mail through windows live mail (windows 10). In last 3 days it still receives Ok, but wont send. Messages I try to send or reply to disappear, but don't go in "Sent" or "Drafts" folder.

I get "an unknown error has occurred. Windows Live Mail error 0x8007007A. Protocol SMTP. Port 587"

Can send messages ok if I log on to "my talk talk". Its only through Windows live mail it wont work.

Can anyone advise please because talk talk cant.

I've have 2 very ancient accounts in Hotmail.com. Since last week of Aug. 2016 this message appears every time I openLiveMail:

I  learnt about MS stopped sopporting this App for the new OUTLOOK. I work with  W7 for a long time. I don't need  to update to  W10,  then  Ihave tried to acces to  my Hotmail.com  acounts through ordinary  navigators (IE, GC, FF, etc)  but when I   write  my adress and its password, microsoft tells me"wrong  pasword"  (???). I've tried to recupere it, I  fill all  the request, but Microsoft ALWAYS  answer me that I have not gaven enough information  for conforming my  identity!!!

Where, whose  I can adress my  call for finding help?
