Using Windows Live Mail in Windows 10 how do you empty the "outbox" of unsent e-mails?

Suddenly my Live Mail will not let me compose a new message. Incoming mail is still working. I've been told my Microsoft that they no longer support Live Mail and I would have to buy Outlook. I can't believe this would happen without warning. Are
there any other options to install a free Mail Program. I have Live Mail on both Windows 7 computers and neither is compatible with Windows 10. Can Apple Mail (from my iPad) be used on a Windows computer?
Ever since I briefly installed and uninstalled a face/fingerprint recognition program called True Key, I get a Windows Live error message at startup, saying there is a problem that caused parts of Windows Live ID sign-in assistant to be disabled, which
may have been caused by a recent installed program. The message directs me to a Microsoft URL that leads to a dead end. I don't use Windows Live any more and have uninstalled it, but the error message keeps popping up every time I sign in. How can I get rid
of it?
Movie saves great except for... in the credits ONE name glitches!!! Just one, the same one, no matter where I put it. Grr!! As it scrolls through, it gets to this name and it stutters moving the movie jerkily, frame by frame then returns to normal. Takes about 2-3 seconds.
I have changed the wording, replaced the wording, added to it, taken away, changed background, several times. I have changed the timing, taken it out, put it back in, I've added things prior to it, taken them away. I've done a rain dance... no reason but it seemed like a last resort... still a glitch once saved to an mp4 in the same place, every single time!!!
I now have less hair and there is still just one glitch. Seems like the only way i am gona get round it is to remove credits all together, save movie and put the credits back in... do you think this will work?

I have just changed my windows live mail hotmail account because it stopped working at the end of August. I followed instructions I picked up but it won't send my mail out. I have searched and applied the suggestions but it still doesn't work
