Question about Outlook Express

Can anyone try to help me with my continued problems since I got the Windows 10 Anniversary Update?  I've lost my contacts in Windows Live Mail.  I have a Time Warner Road Runner Email account, that I've opened using Windows Live Mail since Windows XP.  Suddenly my Road Runner (web mail) account is not receiving copies of all of the messages sitting in my Windows Live Mail program.

I'd try restoring Windows Live Mail, but I'm afraid I'll loose all of the copies of my current emails.  And I haven't been able to back up my Windows 10 computer.  Apparently, backing up your files is yet another change in Windows 10.

So I'd like to know, instead of restoring every program on Windows 10 can I restore just my Windows Live Mail?  Can anyone help me recover my contacts and fix the problem that is preventing copies of my messages going to my Road Runner account?

I'm only allowed one email topic below, but I need two:  sending and receiving mail and reading writing and formatting.

My sent emails appear duplicated in the Sent folder of WLM.

Why is this?

OS is Windows 10 and WLM is up to date.

My email is a ...@outlook.com.

A short time ago, I noticed that the design of my outlook inbox had changed.  Now when you log in, you see the little status bar first, and then it opens (https://outlook.live.com).

I find this version is extremely slow on my computer.  If I click on an email to read it, sometimes it doesn't respond, other times I see a white page with a mail symbol on it, and it says "click on an item to read it" which I already did.

Too, it is very slow if you try to search for an item.

There are other problems I'm having, but these are the main ones.

Anyone else have these issues? Is there a way to run a lighter version of the website, as I am just very frustrated at this point.  Never had any problems before, and want my old inbox back.

HELP.  I can't upload my photos from my phone to Photo Gallery.  I can log into my Microsoft Account without issue but when I try to sign into Photo Gallery, I get a pop-up message that my user name or password is incorrect.  I even went in and changed my Microsoft password, and again had no trouble signing into my MS account.  But still, no luck with signing into Photo Gallery.  This has happened since my last Windows update. 

I looked at this board for similar situations and did repair my Windows Essentials 2012, but that hasn't seemed to help.

If I try to delete it, an annoying blue circle prevents me from doing so.  I tried the Alt 4 method and it didn`t work either. I am unable to close the program and when I did try, this really annoying ding started and the stalled file vibrates. Has anyone else experienced this problem with MM? Can it be fixed?
