If I try to delete it, an annoying blue circle prevents me from doing so. I tried the Alt 4 method and it didn`t work either. I am unable to close the program and when I did try, this really annoying ding started and the stalled file vibrates. Has anyone

I do not know why but my "Inbox" folder name has been changed to one of the subfolders' name. Also, the Junk mail folder name has been changed another name "Job Basis Form". How do I correct this?

I wonder if anyone can help but my Windows Live Mail suddenly stopped working yesterday and the message I get is: unable to send or receive messages. service error 3219 Windows Live Mail Error ID 0x8DE0005. I tried to get support for this but the solution I was offered did not resolve this. I have never had any problems before with Live Mail. I look forward to a reply soon.

My computer was acting up so I went to MS Trouble shooting and it suggested I reset my windows programs. So I reset the system 3 days ago and when I went to reinstall Office 365 I went to the email folder marked computer where I have a lot of things stored
involving my computers and it was empty. Now I can save stuff to the computer and it will be there to read but nothing prior to the reset. I have every folder but they are empty. Can I get the information back that these folders contained?
