My laptop crashed recently due to a Windows Movie Maker glitch, and I lost everything I have worked very hard. I was logged into my Live account's email on the app. Since I was logged in on Movie Maker, is there a chance that my files might be saved elsewhere? Thanks!

i tried to download windows essentials 2012 and it says it downloads with the "most up to date version" however it does not open to the programs nor do they exist when i search through my application/programs
I have windows 8
and i do not want to upgrade to windows 10
this all started because i accidentally uninstalled movie maker and i am in middle of an important project
please help i need movie maker back
My hard drive partition is running out of space, so I'm planning to move all my photos and videos to another drive partition. However, I noticed that if I copy or move a video to another location, the People Tags aren't preserved, suggesting that they're not stored in the video files (unlike for photos). Is there any way to keep these tags so I don't have to retag all of them again after the move?

So, recently when I log in to Live / Hotmail, I'm now greeted with 2 pages to log in. One page (the first) asks for my log in name. I then have to click 'proceed' and go to a 2nd page to enter my password. Why? What happened to it all being on one page?
I don't really want to rant about it, just curious as to why the change?

When I open the movie maker, this is all that show up, darkness. Just a big black screen..
Even when I re-downloaded the WE2012, this is what I got after the download.. More darkness.
I really can't understand what's the problem in here.
