 I downloaded Windows Essentials on my Windows 7.  I put the wrong IP address and got an error message.  I don't know how to correct this.  Can't get the form back to change it.

Hi, I have a problem with my Windows live mail. I have 2 accounts on it, and I can't send an email from one account to the other. Especially from my business account to my personal. Some of my clients have told me they never received my last few emails with all the details of their purchase... What's happening? What do I need to do? Do I need to uninstall and reinstall it? And if so, how do I do this?

I had trial version of windows movie maker and every time it used to show the pop up as buy option, So I thought it would be advanced version and on 20 Nov- 2016 I bought the paid version. Immediately I got an email providing licence and other details. The new version was not working fine so on the same day, I requested for refund. I got an email stating that REFUND ISSUED, but till now i have not got my refund. Also now no one is responding my emails. Hi Daniel,

I have not seen any difference in free version and paid version. And the biggest problem is that now after taking paid version my videos which I'm saving for you tube , are saving as rotated 180 degrees.I have tried 3 -4 times and its saving videos rotated one.I have even uninstalled movie maker and again reinstalled, but problem is the same. Initially in free version I have saved few videos nicely but after that it started saving videos shaky one, so I opted paid version.I have Windows 10 OS in my laptop.please either resolve this or pls refund because the purpose for which I have taken paid version that only is not happening.

Reducing Size of video in window movie maker

Hello,

So I was building a YouTube video on my computer. The original size of the video is 18.8 MBs with 30 frames/second and dimension of 1364X768. I added the video to a blank project and clipped about 2 minutes out of 8 minutes video. I then saved the movie for High Definition Display and the final video size was 66.5 MBs with 29 frames/second and resolution of 1920X1080.

I am not able to export to lower displays as it destroys the video quality. I do not have very high upload speed to upload this video. Is there a way to export the video with less or same size as of original video?

Hi . I have built my own Bot in node.js using Bot Framework and running on Emulator for chat results. Now I have a company's website where they have built their own chat frame .i wanna know that how can i remove the dependency of Emulator so that if any user sends any message on chat frame of website ..it will be directed to my node.js bot and further transfer the message( like when session.send('message') is executed how msg can be sent to java api ) to another api in java. Plz do reply ...DirectLine api cant be used as it is my own built bot(app.js)...if it can be used plz help me to use it in this scenario.

How do I backup all emails, attachnents, etc. to an external drive?

He knows what he is doing, so he can just go do it, it it's not clear enough.

I have searched my hard drive for this STORE folder, cannot find it.

Where is it?

I use Windows 10.

I appreciate any help.
