Split from this thread.

Welcome to Microsoft Community! I understand that you have your duplicate contacts on your Windows Live Mail after you've synched 3 of your account.

"Since the merging of my Hotmail account with Outlook plus with Gmail+ and others accounts, all contact lists in such accounts have now"

Regarding the above statement, please provide us the exact steps you've made to merge all 3 accounts that you have. This will help us to provide you appropriate solution needed.

If your contacts were added by connecting it to your 3rd party account, please be informed that you can't delete them. To be able to delete a duplicate contact from your 3rd party account, you have to delete it on your 3rd party account (i.e facebook.com, twitter.com, etc.).

If not, I suggest you to delete all duplicate contacts by performing the solution provided below.

There's 2 option on how to delete duplicate contacts on Windows Live Mail.

1. Open your Live Mail.

2. Click Contacts on the lower left corner of your page.

3. Click Clean up contacts on the Home Tab before your name, this will lead you to connect on your web page account.

4. Click Save.

Or

1. Sign in to People

2. Click Manage.

3. Click Clean up contacts.

4. Click Save and continue button.

You don't need to delete all your contacts and start all over again. Clean up will help you to delete all possible same contacts that you have on your Contact list.

this is so very wrong doesn't work.

I am editing raw videos to upload polished ones to Youtube. I am capturing a game with OBS Studio, and the raw video output from OBS Studio is a sharp, high quality mp4. I then load that raw mp4 file into Movie Maker, and edit it by splitting, adding transitions, and a title slate with text. I export the video as an mp4 file using a custom setting (I've also tried using the "for high-definition display" setting as well), as a 1280x720 video with a 24000 kbps bit rate (and 29.97fps). However, the output video is not as crisp, and the colors are muted. I have tried using the maximum bit rate allowed in Movie Maker and this had almost no impact on the video quality or video size. That suggests to me that the problem may be with the importing of the mp4 file, but I can't figure out why it would be doing this. I have uploaded small portions of screen captures from before and after (pre-import and post-"high-quality"-export) to illustrate the quality loss I'm seeing.

Can anybody explain why this might be happening, and, especially, what can be done about it?

I use Internet Explorer to look into Google and its so slow I now have to open up a BBC News Page which is marked as Google Chrome which I use by typing my question into the top line of the page.  I'm using Windows 10 and have no idea what other information you will need to offer me advice.

Many thanks.

I use OneNote pretty religiously, and have it synced so I can access it through OneDrive on several computers and devices. Problem is, in the last couple weeks, it won't sync on my computer. It wants me to log in to Windows Live, again, which I have to do every few months, and it usually goes into conniptions because I had two factor authentication set up. The last time I had to do this, I got annoyed enough at it that I just disabled the authentication. Now, when I try to log in to sync my notebooks, it blinks up a little window that tells me to log in again to make sure my online ID is protected or something along those lines.

I actually just tried to log in again, so that I could type it up word for word, but now it won't recognize my password. which I just reset not five minutes ago. I copied and pasted it from the field where I reset it in my account, to my password program, to the log in window, so it's definitely the correct one. My email is typed up correctly to. I think I've had to go through this as well before, and had to reset my password to get it to log in. When I log in online, the same password I copied to use in the desktop application works just fine.

I love OneNote for what I'm using for, but it's a pain to go through this every few months. usually I can resolve it within 20 minutes or so, but this time I feel like I'm beating my head against wall. Any help you guys can provide would be great.

Thanks!
