At work, we share calendar between department, but we something screen shot the calendar to show the Daily Planner of our department.
If I shared my calendar view (Mine + shared calendars), I end up with the same duplicate meeting. Is there a way to tell outlook to hide or regroup the same meeting in only one?
Because for now just screen shot a calendar with 2 of my coordinators look like a mess.
Hi,
I decided to migrate to Mac and to continue to work in the email environnement under outlook mac.
I exported my box into a backup.pst file
Copied it on the mac.
Imported backup.pst into outlook for mac.
some emails disapered (1/3) in the inbox and the outbox.
Without any logic. but all the most recents under (2 months).
Suspecting a bug in the fonction, I did it again box by box (inbox, outbox)... Same result
Then I tried to import "outlook.pst" file
the result is different : I still miss emails... but not the sames !
any idea

I have a client that has had a HDD failure in thier MacBook and they do not have a valid backup to restore from.
The drive was sent for analysis to see what could be recovered.
The curent main identity has database issuses (99% recoverability)
Before sending the drive for analysis I attempted to rebuild this Database, but encountered an error (-17997) before a rebuild could be completed.
Is there a way I can recover the email without a working Database?

Im new to Mac and not tech savvy at all. I can't get into my outlook email from my desktop. I know my password and the error message reads; The server for account "Outlook" returned the error "This account has POP disabled. Go to the Outlook.com options page to enable POP.." Your username/password or security settings may be incorrect. Would you like to try re-entering your password?
I went into the tools tab on outlook then account and not sure what to do. I can't get into my inbox yet i can see my outgoing mail. Help!!!
I operate 2 acounts on Outlook 2011 a personal pop account and an exchange account for work. Last week for no apparent reason my exchange emails started appearing in my pop account window, how can I turn this off as really need to keep my personal and
work emails separate. I am using OS 10.9.2 with Outlook:mac 2011, version 14.4.1
When running Outlook 2011 on 10.9.2 (Mavericks), I'm running into an error "Could not synchronize record error code -19777 : The move or copy operation failed." when trying to delete emails from a few unique individuals.
If I go to my deleted items folder and tell it to empty the "Deleted Items" folder, and tell it to synchronize now. The folder empties and I stop receiving error messages.
I've created a new profile, and deleted the old one, but I still end up receiving the same errors.
Suggestions:
Until yesterday my Outlook for Mac 2011 account worked perfectly. I have email that automatically syncs from GoDaddy and have had it set up this way for 4 years.
Now, my Outlook Sent Items folder has stopped syncing with my IMAP account and for 24 hrs now has said it's trying to upload 737 items but never does? So, in other words, I cannot access these emails. I also looked at my GoDaddy webmail and they are not there
either.
I also tried calling GoDaddy to restore emails back a couple days to see if that would work, but nothing.
This is so bizarre. I am really hoping someone can help me.

I use Outlook for Mac 2011 for about 5 email addresses. I have added some part time help to assist w/ a specific email address and they check this address via gmail.
In order to keep a cleaner outlook inbox, Is it possible to view that specific email address when i choose?

VIP user has Outlook 2011 for Mac. The emails are not deleted from the server (Exchange 2007) when I archived. Mac OS X "Mail" client, this function works well, but right now some Inbox empty its contents.... I would like to get an answer to the problem archiving in Outlook...
