For about a week now i have been trying to access my Microsoft account and gamer tag. the window i keep getting says "it looks like someone might be using your account", and then i go to the screen where it asks you what e-mail you'd like to use to
receive your verification number but the only e-mail listed is one i cannot get into. so i have been selecting the "i can't verify my account" option and filled out the stupid questions so many times and yet all i get back is a link to reset my password...
now according to the x-box service people this is where the problem is.. when i change my password nothing gets fixed. the screen says "looks like someone else might be using your account" like it always does and the same e-mail address that i can't use is
the only option for verification.
i have called and talked to like 5 different x-box service people for hours trying to figure this out and every time they convince themselves that the Microsoft account team will help me and all i get is an automated response e-mail that doesn't help
anything.
the x-box people can't do anymore to help me, only the Microsoft account team can (so i'm told) so PLEASE HELP!!!
i don't like paying for a membership i can't use.
anyone got bill gates cell number? maybe he can help me.
I did some troubleshootin and the message reads, "incmpatable program". As I'm typing this the mouse/computer jumps all around. Help would be greatly appreciated.
On two computers, one running Win7 and one with Win8, I can type the first letter of my email address into the Outlook sign-in page and my email address will drop down. I can click on it then type in my password. On my computer (also Win8) I have to
type the whole email address each time before typing the password. The settings in the advanced tab under "internet options" are exactly the same for both Win8 computers. This is very frustrating. My computer is at home and I don't need to hide my email
address from other users.
I've only just found out from my client that he's not been receiving emails to his Outlook/Hotmail account that have come from customers filling in a form on his website www.greaselightningovencleaning.co.uk. It would appear that Smartscreen has not even
diverted them to the junk folder, but just blocked them completely, which last month alone has probably resulted in a minimum of £1500 in lost business.
There's no issue with the web form as it works with every other email account I've tested it on (including yahoo and gmail).
Surely there must be an option to turn Smartscreen off or some work around? My client is now having to run a separate yahoo account just to receive emails via his website and if Microsoft can't fix this then I'll have no choice but to advise all my clients to simply switch away from Outlook/Hotmail.

I use a driod X, android 2.3.4 OS version 4.5621 Verizon.
I access the email through an account on the messaging system of the phone (built in mail app)
It is a pop3 the complete error message is Invalid Server Certificate. The only thing impacted is sending or replying to messages on the phone. The account works fine in every other way on the phone and computer at work and at home. *** Email address is removed for privacy ***

I realize that when I sign in my Skydrive and click on the Shared category on the left, I can see files that I shared with specific people as well as files which are in the Public folder. I would like to ask that if I share a file to only one person, can
he follow the link to access my Public folder? Or can someone access my Public folder without having a link or anything? Or is it possible for me to access someone's public folder? If so, how can I do that?

Hotmail isn't loading properly on my mac - so it opens, but then the page doesn't finish loading and it goes blank. Every time I try to refresh the same thing happens. This happened once a little while ago, and then it was fine again, but now it's been going on for a couple of weeks.
