Private email support: less-than-helpful suggestion

I received the following reply to a previously posted query:

For us to investigate your issue on a secure and convenient way, we suggest that you refer to our private email support and provide as much information regarding your issue.

Perhaps this would be more useful if the 'private email support' address was included? Please let me know the address.



Why is Windows Live Mail prohibiting perfectly harmless attachments?

I received a job recommendation as an attachment that opened without problem. When I went back in to download and make copies, Windows live Mail had blocked it as a prohibited file type. Something about being a potentially dangerous email. Now I can't access, see, or download it. Their solution was to allow all emails to be automatically seen and opened, potentially opening my computer to anyone sending an email. As I have lately had a few emails misclassified as junk even though they were sent by someone on my contact list, I need a happy medium between receiving wanted emails and having to allow all emails (including true harmful junk) in order to get the ones I truly need.

Account hacked, deleted all email and folder. Need to recover deleted emails and folders, please anyone help???

Some one has hacked into my hotmail account and deleted all my email's and many folder, I had my some important email's/project/attachment saved on there and this hacker deleted everything and I don't get the recover deleted emails option what should I do?

 

Please if any one has any ideas I would be so grateful

Lost email account

It has been around 20 days since I was told there is suspicious activity and I need to verify my account. I chatted three times and submitted at least eight codes and finally created an alias but everything has been lost. I received a private message saying someone would help but saw my question is closed. A moderator asked me to start another thread. Can you please reply with a private message to help.

stop skydrive from copying the full file to computer

I'm trying to use skydrive to save space on my surface pro, how do I stop it from copying the full file but let it still show me the hierarchy of my files?

When is the problem of emails being sent to contacts removed from groups going to be fixed. It is so frustrating?

I remove people from a group then find out that they have received emails as outlook  is sending emails to people who are no longer in the group. I run a social group and time to time remove people because they request to be removed yet have had a number of complaints that they are still getting emails. I end up having to delete them completely from my contacts and if I still want them as a contact to re add them as a contact.

 

Skydrive privacy

My Windows phone automatically sends photos to my Skydrive account. Are these photos private or available for public view? Is there a way I can check / change the settings if need be?

Messages downloading multiple times in my Outlook

Hii All

I have created my domain email ids under the live.com 
I have confiqured the same E-mail ids on my Computer MS Outlook (MS Office)

After using it for a month now, they are downloading all the messages from the inception when i have created the ids for my domain on live.com to the latest date again and again
It has downloaded the messages multiple times on my desktop. 

Looks like something triggered it, please help me out for this

shakes and fidget reset password

hey, i forgot my shakes and fidget account's password, and i have write my email correctly and i'm not receiving the email in the inbox, junk, and other folders, and i add the website of shakes and fidget to the safe senders and i'm still not receiving the email, and i tried  to send the reset password more than twice, please help, and thanks.
