Msn is working fine but Outlook won't load with my emails.

My wife is having the same problem. We faxed her drivers lic showing she is 71 years old.

She called Outlook when received no response & still cannot sign in.

She called a tel number , was answered in India, they wanted to charge her $99.

She has not been able to get into her account for 3 days. It is so frustrating, she has some

business emails that need to be tended.

DOES ANYBODY HAVE ANY IDEAS?

I am missing some contacts in contacts (https://people.live.com) and some on Outlook 2010 and some on the Nexus.  None of the accounts match up, so it appears my problem is with both the live.com items and the outlook 2010.  (At this point I'm only able to see problems with contacts, calendar items appear to be fine from what I can tell)

I have replied to the private message with my account.

cannot view pages 2 thru 6 in my inbox

when I log into my email my inbox shows I have 7 pages of messages.  I click on the arrow to go to the next page and it says it goes to page 2 but it actually is showing page 7.  the last email on page 1 is dated 12/3/12 and the first email on the next page is dated 12/19/11.  where did all the emails in between go?  it shows that I have 179 new emails next to the word inbox under where my folders are listed.

I get this error when I'm trying to add a send-only email account from smtp.uio.no
Outlook.com cannot connect to the server. I've tried send and receive account as well and it doesn't work
I've tried the settings on Thunderbird, Live Mail and SMTP client and it works fine.
I've also looked at this, but hasn't helped - http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/outlook/other-email-accounts

These are my configuration settings:

My outlook account says its been closed due to agreement violations! Help

My account has suddenly been closed due to violations in the user agreement. I don't know what I violated or how to go about fixing this. I need my email acct ASAP!
