When I try to shop in the store I cannot install any apps this error appears.
What do I do.
When Msn was changed, we lost the ability to switch from email to email. Now we have to sign out and sign into the other email. Is there any way to get that back? I have all my personal and business email on here. I have to switch back and forth throughout
the day.

I made 2 folders under my inbox before msn was switched and now I cannot access them through my computer. If I go through my phone, I can find the folders. Please let me know what, if anything, I can do to bring them back up.
As has happened to others, this happened to me as well! Lost most of my emails and all of my folders. I've had Hotmail for 4 years now so I've acquired a lot of important documents as well as items that carry sentimental value. Very negligent on Microsoft's part.
I own 2 domains using domain.live.com and planned to use many more domain
So i need to enable 2 functions
- Reset Account Password
- Add Another Domain Admin

I suggest some ideas
- Make all of this function optional by default.
They are no need people to answer same kind question like this and reduce call center budget.
- Insert "Post" Button to the Forum.
To reduce question with making people more annoy is bad exit idea.

I have copied lots of negatives using my camera over a light-box, but I don't have software to convert them to positive. I would have thought that Essentials photo album editor would have been able to do that. Any suggestions from the wise men and women

I'm an instructor and our students use the Outlook system/skydrive.live.com. One of the students and I have tried to get pass the Caption verification and we cannot. We tried the audio and still couldn't get pass caption.
The student has an account and is trying to recover his password, but we cannot get pass that stupid caption. How can the student totally remove his information so he can start over? He even tried to use his non-student personal email to create an account.
But because his name is already in the system, Microsoft won't let him create a second account.
Need ideas & help.
Outlook sometimes blocks attachments that I know are safe but I am unable to open them. How can I change this?
