I just tried setting up a second email account on outlook for business stuff. It set up, but deleted my old account with all my personal saved mails contacts etc...I am distraught! How can I get my old address back with all my mail and stuff. I wish the
directions for this stuff was simpler. I followed them and now I am in a mess. Can anyone out there help. Thanks

Recently today I have received an email from the Microsoft account team. It was a verification mail sent to alternate accounts to activate another account. Except I have no idea who would be using my account as an alternate, and using such a suspicious name too. I'll copy and paste the email:

I fear someone is trying to use my name or this is some sort of spam account. I have already changed my password, but I'm still on edge, any advice on what to do next?
I really loathe the idea of my account being used, or my name for that matter.

Edit: Also I would like to report the offending account, *** Email address is removed for privacy ***, because I really doubt this account was made with the best of intentions. I'll understand if someone else in the world had a similar name, sure. To use my account as an alternate without my knowledge? Too much of a coincidence then.

Tried logging into my email for school through outlook.com and it says im logged into an office 365 email account and that I cant log into my email.
This is EXACTLY what the message says (I copied and pasted it):
"You're currently signed in with an Office 365 email account, which can't be used with Outlook.com. Please click here to
sign out of your Office 365 account, then use another Microsoft account to sign in to Outlook.com (for example, your hotmail.com, live.com, or msn.com account)."
I have NO idea what a 365 email account is, nor have I EVER had this problem before. Logging into outlook.com is the only way I can access important emails from my college. Please help!
I signed onto my skydrive account from a friend's windows 8 machine. He can't close out of my account and my account comes up even after he reboots. Any suggestions?

I was forced to change my password due to the 72 day change, which I never selected, and I have no intention of changing my password. I changed it to allow me access to my account and went to change my password back but was give then error "Please choose

I am having issues on two Windows 8 machines with SkyDrive native application not being able to sign in. My MacBook Pro also cannot sign in with the native application.

Every time I play an audio on the WMM i get a very high pitch sound in some parts of the song. I converted the music into wma but it still gives that high pitch ringing. I adjust the volume and it's still there. plz help need to get this project done.
