Gmail won’t forward to Outlook

Hello,

In order to forward email I get from my Gmail inbox straight to my Outlook box, I followed the directions here:


However, I am still not receiving my Gmail in my Outlook inbox. Would this have anything to do with the fact that I originally created this MS account using my Gmail, then switched my primary alias to an Outlook alias? Should I delete my Gmail from my Outlook aliases?

Dear sir.

I'm trying to register our domain www.fadao.la to Windows Live Admin Center but get the following message:
This domain name can't be used because it contains a protected word or inappropriate language. Please contact support if you feel this is not the case.

It's an IT service company.
Please help us to register

Receiving Outlook.com calendar activity alerts for OLD events

I've been getting alerts like this for the past few days. They are activity alerts (updated / deleted etc...) for OLD events. I am pretty sure I haven't been making any of these updates - it seems odd and just started a few days ago.  Would really appreciate any help with this.

I have two accounts, *** Email address is removed for privacy *** and *** Email address is removed for privacy ***.  The hotmail is my main account, but I'd like to add the outlook one as an alias.

When I try to do that in this page, https://account.live.com/AddAssocId?ru=&cru=&fl= , while selecting "Add an existing email address as a Microsoft account alias", I get the error:

This email address is already taken. Please try another.

How do I add my outlook account as an alias?

I keep getting this page that tells me I have to get some code to sign in. It's supposed to send it to me via my email...which is at Hotmail! Which I can't sign in to because I need a code!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!   WTFooey?????????!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have been attempting to use domain.live.com to register www.profiresites.com for email services. Like many other users, I am experiencing difficulty successfully registering because of this error.

 

The purpose of www.profiresites.com is to allow fire departments across the country to create their own sites. I do not understand where the "protected word or inappropriate language" comes from. There has to be an easier way for a resolution to this problem than posting it online as a new post every time someone has this issue. No number to call or chat was offered.

Lost emails due to mobile phone POP settings or Hotmail hates me

Hello,

I had a new mobile phone about 2 years ago and when I was setting up my hotmail it must have had it's default POP setting to delete any email on the server (OR Hotmail just decided to delete my 10+ years of email storage). Since this frustration I have accepted that hotmail could no longer be my primary email account, however I still use it for some personal emails. After reviewing some of the FAQ here I am hoping someone from Hotmail/Microsoft and help me retrieve my long lost emails such that it could become my primary account once again. I think this service that Microsoft offers is a great idea, but I only wish I was aware of this 2 years ago. I will give it a shot now and cross my fingers.

My SkyDrive is not syncing

Hello fellow SkyDrivers :o)

I have a 57GB account with SkyDrive on a Windows 8 Professional (64-bit) PC. I have 10.4 GB in my SkyDrive folder, and it is currently stuck at 3MB syncing (see image below):

I have tried removing the SkyDrive desktop application and removing the SkyDrive folder, and then reinstalling the SkyDrive application, but the same issue remains. The contents of the SkyDrive log files: (1) SkyDrive.exe.err.2013-09-13-225224.870, (2) SyncDiagnostics, (3) NEWDELL.dev=0.2013-09-14.0000.5132-4, and (4) SkyDrive.exe.reg.2013-09-13-225224.854 are available at http://sdrv.ms/1bfPs7g

Can anyone help? I have no idea here.
