Account was hacked approximately sometime last night. I can not remember the last time I updated my contact information and have exceeded the number of tries to get it back today. Every time I fill out the form with as much information as I can, I get an email saying it was not sufficient enough to restore my account. It may be because I haven't used this account to send very many emails for a few years now, but I have been using it to receive important emails that I no longer have access to.  I have provided as much information as I'll ever recall and still can not get it back even though I'm using the same IP address that I've been accessing it from since January. Please help? (*** Email address is removed for privacy ***)

I have deleted contacts from the contact group mailing list but emails are continued to be sent to former email addresses on the list.  When I click on the list compostion, those addresses are not show but when an email is sent, former members of the list are being sent the message.  How do I fix that?

I am very exasperated with Microsoft for creating this problem. The company should be ashamed for putting Hotmail customers through this. As a temporary solution it seems you can go to your Group and delete the Contact. Then go to your Address Book and totally delete the Contact there as well. Then add that Contact back in your Address Book. It seems that will delete the Contact from the Group and that Contact will no longer receive email sent to the Group.

Dear MS-

My long-time HotMail account was hacked; automated recovery attempts have failed (first one worked, but the provided recovery link timed out, and could not be used, again).

I have created a new HotMail account (from which I'm sending this message in order to post).

I have gotten a 'final' (e.g. do not try again) response to my recovery requests, and really need access to my long-time HotMail account - I regularly get e-mails from many folks.

What can I do?  Please help!

Thank you!
My home Dell computer has Windows XP and IE8. SInce Microsoft transferred all Hotmail accounts into Outlook, I have a problem printing emails. Regardless of the length of the message, I get only a single page or printout, truncated at the bottom. Also, the message content is cur off at the right edge. It seems as if the sidebars in the Outlook email window are affecting print area. Are there some settings I have to change to clear this up?
