This is still a problem for me, I just want to be able to view my emails and get my contacts, I have tried to get a tech to chat with me 3 times now, and they are always busy, I have a very important email coming in that
I need to be able to get, and I have tried everything your trouble shooting says. I obviously need a new solution. I just need my important email, also, it may have been nice to let people know this may happen so they could use an alternate email address for
their important messages.

How can I copy contact info: company, contact, location, phone number then paste in calendar without sending a email ?
Every time I try to attach a picture to an e-mail in Outlook. I get an internet explorer message stating that Internet Explorer has stopped working. This never happened before but now I can't attach pictures to my e-mail. Any suggestions?
Hopefully this is not as confusing as it sounds.
If I send mail from my Outlook account to someone on my contact list it shows my correct name.
If that person replies from a Gmail account to my Outlook account it has a different first name but correct last name.
I have a gmail account also and it has my correct name on all settings as does my Outlook account. I have spent 2 hours going back and forth between the two accounts to check and can't find where it is having the wrong name connected to my Outlook account.
For example:
Outlook account email address: butterflies+my last *** Email address is removed for privacy ***
If someone is reply to that same address it has my name as: (again only a example)zebras+my last *** Email address is removed for privacy ***
Not sure why if the reply is not from a Outlook account its changing my first name.

i set up this hotmail account just for facebook so i don't remember all the details in its setup, nor do i remember if i actually used all real details just because of a fear of my real information being on the internet, sometime ago my pc crashed and
i took it to the shop to have it repaired at a local shop in the village where i live, my passwords to my fb and hotmail is saved so i would'nt have to remember it, i need to change my hotmail pw in order to change my fb, also i need to retrieve a pic of me
and my ex that might help change things around for us
I keep receiving emails from a Facebook account with the name Amy, I also keep getting receipts from Blackberry to my email address.
I think somebody is using my email!

Hello all :)
I was switching from Gmail to Outlook with all the emails on my old mailbox but I had to do that again because of some errors in the transfer.
Now I have a trash folder with around 50k+ that I cannot empty. Everytime I try to use the "Empty folder" an error of communication with the server appears (using outlook.com on Chrome or IE9).
Anything I can do to get rid of those emails?
