Hi,

I am using Skydrive the desktop client on a Windows 8 tablet (Samsung 500T).  The skydrive client appears to be connected and reports my local skydrive folder is up to date yet it does not sync new changes unless I exit and restart the desktop client.  It appears to happen after Windows 8 resumes.  All internet and other applications work fine.  The skydrive client will appear as if it is connected and monitoring changes but it is not.  This has gone on for quite a while now and now I always exit/restart every time I resume when I know it is out of sync.

The desktop client used to work fine.  I can't say what has changed other than new Windows updates.  I don't know if skydrive client has updated recently either.

What can I do to assist in figuring out the problem.

Hello,
i am trying to add "www.kjmtrust.org" in Windows Live Admin Center. It gives me an error called "This domain name can't be used because it contains a protected word or inappropriate language. Please contact support if you feel this is not the case."

Please resolve this issue as soon as possible. Thanks.

We are getting this message whenever we receive emails from @arayna.com addresses. We know this email address isn't fraudulant because we own it and use it for our piano teaching business. A SPF on this domains email was set up months ago but this has made no difference. The SPF was set up to combat a problem we had with "Viagra" emails being sent with our domain name - a common practice as I'm sure you are aware, and one which is totally out of our control. This has now stopped and the spammers presumably have moved on to some other unsuspecting victim.

SPF, to my understanding, works by compairing the senders address with the return address. We are sending emails from our own @arayna domain address to our **Removed for security purposes** account, so in this case we know that the addresses are the same. I fail to see how SPF would prevent the problem we are getting as it is intended to reject emails with differing addresses.

If any prospective clients email us for rates etc... and our reply to them is met with your "Be careful! This sender has failed our fraud detection checks." it could not only damage our reputation with them, but they could then go on to tell others. The use of the word "Fraud" is quite emotive, especially as you have never contacted us to test the validity of our domain, and we feel that your message in this instance could be held as libel.

As you can see, we are very angry that your system is branding our domain as such, and would be most greatful if things can be put right as soon as possible.

I have created five aliases in Outlook.com but I received only 4 confirmation messages from "Outlook.com Team" saying, "Your new Outlook.com alias is ready" (for the last 4 of these aliases only). As a result, the first alias I create appears added to my account, but until now it does not work (only 4 of 5 aliases works) and I can not send or receive messages through this first alias.

What can I do to fix this?

Hi I am Manoj from India and my account drcm22@hotmail has been hacked since last 15 days .I tried all possible means to recover it including filling on line form for 30 to 40 times and submitting my identity proof even having on line live chat and asking community but in vain nothing has helped they provided me a link which i click says cant be found . And the last thing which make me feel down is the automated reply saying we received multiple requsts for this account recovery and now we are closing down your  requests .i am really frustrated and feel being not helped out and cheated the person using my account sending out  all malicious and  obnoxious mails to my contacts and its threatening my professional life .
My alternate email id id *** Email address is removed for privacy ***.
I was attempting to apply for Windows Live Admin Center for my email hosting earlier today. The website has given me the reply: This domain name can't be used because it contains a protected word or inappropriate language. Please contact support if you feel this is not the case.

The domain is www.thealphagamers.com am I wrong in thinking this isn't inappropriate in any way? Please help.

Thank you.
Like others I created an alias and now seem to be locked out of my original email account
