Question about Outlook Express

I am having trouble receiving emails from "peerflymail.

Hace 2 dias intente acceder a mi outlook y me decia que habia un error en mi contrasena la cual la que estaba digitando era la correcta, intente recuperarla cambiando el password pero siempre que entro al link que me han enviado aparece que hay un problema temporal, esta cuenta es importante para mi necesito urgentemente recuperarla

Unable to log in, followed all steps have been given by LiveChat assistants but account is still unaccessible.

How do I permanently delete messages from my Hotmail account so they cannot be recovered?

I tried to send an email to a group.  I got an error message in red:  "Please use the following format for email addresses: . . ." but I know of no way to look at my group list and see which email is spelled wrong, missing a letter or has any other problem. I'm really frustrated since this is an important email.
