I can't move and delete my emails and the reason is the server is slow on August 27th - September 18th.

I went on vacation, and when I came back, I tried to sign into my Hotmail, and it said password had been entered too many times. I hadn't even entered it more than once. Obviously someone else had tried to access it, so I tried to reset my password.
I used the form to provide info, but I can't remember my past sent email subject lines, or email addresses of recently emailed contacts, etc. It keeps replying that I haven't provided enough information. I didn't have an alternate email address set up with
the email account, and I do not have a cell phone to text the code. HELPPPPPP!!!
I can send and receive emails - but recently I can no longer attach files to the emails.
Perhaps this is a synchronization problem? I have tried to fix things by doing a cleaning/sweeping of the computer.
I also deleted history and cookies.
Yet - nothing has helped. I need to be able to attach files!

I opened a Windows Live mail account for business use and my personal contacts merged accross from my Outlook account. I want to keep them separate. If I now delete the personal contacts from my business email account, and vice versa will I lose them
from both accounts?

My childs MSN email account says that it is managed and she does not see the Junk email folder. We created this account for my daughter when she was 8 years old. Now she is almost 18 and in college and email is apparently going to the junk folder but
she cannot see it. How do I remove all parental controls?
All photo's were added by the same method, from the same computer, from the same original source. Why do the blank's appear randomly on her account (same file, same photo's) but my account functions fine. The grayed out boxes are never the same. If you
close out and reopen, different pictures are grayed out then before.
I really hope something can be done for me.

Am very frustrated with windows 8 outlook. Can't figure out how to send bcc e-mails. In the past, that's practically all I used, as I don't like for everyone to see e-mail addresses.
