No I am not using an e-mail client that has deleted the e-mails from the server, this is a fault at your side.

I don't use my hotmail account very often but I have just logged in to find it redirecting to outlook and that all my e-mails have been deleted!
Outlook 2007 crashes and Inbox Repair Tool Scanpst.exe was used to repair all .exe files but it still does not open the Outlook window. It says, the set of folder cannot be opened. Errors have been detected in the file. Copies of the folders had been
created abou6 6 times and repaired. But still cannot open Outlook. A technician got it working but again it crashed a few hours after it was repaired. Please help.
I created a new outlook e-mail acc yesterday; purchased 12 month gold xbox membership and redeemed this against my new gamer tag on my pc. When I tried to download my new gamertag to my xbox it said I was using the wrong password upon which i check passwords
and tried to change my password & retrieve my account to no avail. looks like someone has hacked in and changed all my credentials. How can I get my account back!?

I have 3 hotmail accounts. I can get into 2 of them with no issues. The 3rd one, I can get into, but I can't open any emails, send any emails, switch folders, nothing. I can't even signout. Any ideas?

Why do I have to continue to click "show images" when I get emails on the app?
I have it set to HTML, and yet every single email that has some kind of content in the body of the email, I have to click show images.
I am using Windows 8 and Windows Live Mail on desktop view to access my emails. I have two email accounts, a Hotmail one and a Btinternet account. I am receiving emails to both accounts appropriately but about 5 minutes after an email correctly arrives in my Btinternet account a duplicate copy appears in my Hotmail account. Why is a duplicate being forwarded to my Hotmail account and how do I stop this happening? I can't work out if it is a problem with Hotmail, Windows Live Mail or with Btinternet.

In my contact list I have 2 groups, NDSJC Contact list & NDSJC Committee. when i try to send an email to NDSJC Contact list I get the following message: "Please use the following format for email addresses: *** Email address is removed for privacy ***. If you're using category names or nicknames, make sure you don't have any typos. Unknown names: R & P Seppel."
If I delete the contact named & re-send I get the same message but with a different name. Yet I can send an email individually to the contact named. There has not been any problem until approx a week ago. I can send emails to NDSJC Committee with no problems.

So far I have been unable to locate a contact telephone number for Microsoft Support.
The email in question states that my outlook account as reached the limit of 30g and therefore I must take these steps and tells me that infuture to use things like Archiving. All logical but I am worried about giving out my password. Is it genuine or not?
