Getting an @msn.com email address

Hello, a few years back, I had an @msn email address that I used as my main email address for some time, then I had to switch to an official work address an I pretty much forgot about it until recently. 

Now, when I tried logging it it said that it didn't exist so my guess is that it was deleted, which is understandable considering my long absence. 

My main problem is that I had used it on several forums and sites and now I really need it, yet I can't seem to find a link where to create an @msn email address, in this case recreate my old one. Is there any way for me to recreate it or is it gone and my other accounts also lost?

Is there an issue with dub-m.hotmail.com etc... as I cannot sync my mail on either windows 8 or WP8, on win8 I get "email-address is unavailable" on WP8 I get "we're having a problem connecting to dub-m.hotmail.com"

I'm just wondering if there is an outage with the exchange server<s> as I can access email etc.. on the web just not no 2 PCs or my WP8.

Can i access skydrive while traveling in Europe?

Will I be able to access skydrive in Europe? Will I be able to access files I loaded from USA? Will I be able to upload files while traveling?

Whats the current time limit for this to expire: “We limit how frequently you can add aliases to your account. Please try again later”.

   Ran into this condition today... "We limit how frequently you can add aliases to your account. Please try again later."

Whats the current timeframe for expiration of this message?.   

I changed some external accounts to point to a new alias, thinking I had the alias created, but I did not notice the above had happened.

I am locked out of my outlook account

Hi went to sign into my hotmail account then it said didnt recognise the password and the next screen was that someone may be using the account and to reset the password. none of the options are viable and the security question is not one i would have answered how do i contact someone as I need to access my emails. I m really upset and there is no direct phone or email address to contact 

Lost all my Hotmail emails after migration to Outlook

Hi,

I've lost all my emails in Hotmail after it migrated to Outlook.

I tried to restore deleted emails to no avail...

Apparently Microsoft will delete all emails in case of inactivity on the account for more than 270 days. However I have been active regularly.

Could someone from Microsoft please help restore my emails, as they go back to the 1990s.

I have this message constantly. I can delete messages but they don't stay deleted. I have seen the posts on how to fix it but nothing fixes it.

I have checked the status like one post says to do and everything is running normally. I can't even get any live help to help me because Outlook.com doesn't have live support! I am so frustrated with this stupid outlook mail program. I miss HOTMAIL!!!!
