Cannot smd or receive any emails. Keep getting error message: OX8000401OF

I've had two  alleged EXPERTS from MSN (India) try with zero success to solve my problem.  I cannot send or receive any emails. I used to  earlier , but it stopped suddenly. What's up, community?...HELP!

Hello,

I've had Hotmail for over 10 years and there are a few things that I have trouble finding information on within my account, especially after the change to Outlook. 

The first is that I can't find anywhere that tells me how much space I have left and how much I have used on my e-mail account. 

The second question I have is that I used to have the ability to see the date I signed up for Hotmail within my account, I don't seem to have that now. 

The whole set up seems a bit of a mess honestly. But if someone could give me any information on these questions I would really appreciate it.

I hope I'm not being to cryptic here, but I'm trying to convey the basic issue without typing up a novel...

I'm using Outlook.com with custom domains...

From a domain email account, I could previously send to a particular person@domain; 
then this week I was not able to send to anyone in that domain;
I added the user(s) and eventually @domain to my safe senders list and I could send basic text emails, but none with attachments (we are only sending .pdf's) and the .pdf's are less than 300k.

Looking at 'view message source' of my bounce message from "*** Email address is removed for privacy ***"
The lines in the message that stand out to me are:

***As of this writing, I'm having doubts that the recipient is receiving any of our emails, with or without attachments.  I just don't get a bouncback from the emails with out attachments.

As far as I can tell, both the sending and receiving domains are not on any sort of block lists; 
the recipient domain's email is hosted by barracudanetworks.com and they are not blocking the sending domain.
I can send to the recipient domain from another domain with out issues.

We are using the outlook.com via Internet Explorer or Chrome -  this is not via an email client such as Outlook.
How do I ensure that outlook.com for domains IS NOT blocking the ability to send to the recipient domain?
Can anyone shed any light?

can’t correct DOB on hotmail account with non-US credit card

I editted my DOB and created the "child requiring parent permission" issue with my existing account.  I created a new account so I could give myself permission and verify that I am an adult by making the .50$ credit card charge but .....even though on the new account I have chosen Canada as the region, entered a Canadian phone number, entered a Canadian address, chosen Canada as my work region ....  the credit card form to be filled out to prove I am an adult defaults to the US with no drop down to change this and so I can not enter my billing address since the Canadian postal code format is different and Ontario is obviously not in the drop down list of states.

PROBLEM LOGGING IN OUTLOOK MAIL & RESETTING OF OLD PASSWORD

THIS IS SECOND TIME IN LESS THAN A MONTH THAT I WAS NOT ABLE TO LOGGING MY OUTLOOK MAIL ID, WHICH FORTUNATE I RECENTLY STARTED LIKING IT.
MY PASSWORD WAS NOT CHANGED NEITHER COMPROMSED NOR FORGOTTEN, AS I AM ADMINISTRATOR. IT WAS IN CAPS ON.  
DOES UPPER CASE PASSWORD CAUSE A PROBLEM IN MICROSOFT MAIL SERVICE? THOUGH IT DOESN'T WITH GMAIL/YAHOO.

SECONDLY WHY I AM NOT ALLOWED TO USE MY FAVOURITE PASSWORD WHEN I RESET IT AGAIN USING EITHER SMALL CASE OR UPPER ONE.
THIS IS STUPIDITY AS NO OTHER MAIL PROVIDER DOES SO I.E. GMAIL/YAHOO. 
WHY DON'T YOU GOOD THINGS FROM YOUR COMPETITOR AND IMPROVE YOUR MAIL SERVICE.
I WANT TO RE USE MY OLD PASSWORD OR I'LL CLOSE ALL THE MICROSOFT ACCOUNTS WHICH I HAVE STARTED LIKING/USING IT RECENTLY.

I am trying to add an Exchange account to Outlook 2010, however I am getting an error message saying the server is unable to connect.

I am trying to add an exchange account to Outlook 2010 through the Auto Account setup tool within Outlook.
It doesn't connect and tells me it will try an un-encrypted connection. After a few minutes, that fails as well giving me the error that the server is unable to connect.

I ran a test on the Microsoft Remote Connectivity Anazlyzer and it is showing me that the autodiscover function is failing. In my DNS records, I have everything that Microsoft is asking of me through Office 365. 
We did just switch servers over, so this may be the issue, but I don't know what steps to take to proceed from here. Can anyone offer any advice?

HOLA amigos, tengo una cuenta en hotmail que seguramente hace mas de 275 días que no la he abierto y me aparece como inexistente. Tengo información importante en esta cuenta. ¿Como la puedo recuperar?

La cuenta a la que me referia es la cuenta de email de hotmail que tengo desde 2004 en hotmail que no  he abierto en los últimos 275 días y ahora al intentar acceder a ella me dice cuenta inexistente. ¿Que puedo hacer?
