I have just spent hours trying to send a group email using the dreaded OUTLOOK ( formerly known as hotmail) and each time I get a different message ranging from : do not use nicknames; do not use abbreviations and the list goes on. As a matter of fact
it got to the point where almost all of my "N" contacts were deleted. Yet using the SAME addresses for an individual email works just fine! I am terrified that after all of the work of putting the list together I will a) lose the whole list or worse yet not
be able to use this supposed feature! Very very frustrating. I have called the recommended numbers to speak to someone about this and have yet to recieve help solving the issue. I am very upset!

I have Windows 8 and Outlook. My email signature is causing problems but I can't any of the pages that the instructions tell me I need to find in order to get rid of it. When I click file, there's no "options" to click. I used to do this easily in Windows 7. And back then I didn't have problems with my email signature, either. Can anyone help?

So I had an issue that everytime I logged into my account I had a blank screen. In response to this I called customer support and during the process the alternative email was switched to that of the person that was helping me so that he could access the
account and fix what ever was wrong with it. After that the alternative email remained that persons email and I was never told what the password is. So I called back and customer support seemed to be confused by my problem so told me to submit a verification
form. 8 verification forms later no help. Called again and all the help I received was submit a verification form. Apparently my verification forms didnt supply enough info even if I filled out all boxes but 2. All I was simply asking if for them to changed
my alternative email (which belonged to one of them) back to the previous alternative email which is apparently impossible. I've had the email address for about 9 years or so now and most likely forgot some things. Its used for email purposes, connecting with
people and my xbox live account so i can verify credit card info and previous passwords and all but recent emails I can't because I've been at this problem for months. What can I possibly do next? I really want this email.
I'm making my very first email address and it asks me to input another email address or else they'll lock my account. I've inputed a fake one just so i can access this topic and maybe find a way to bypass that as i dont want to create another email address
(just want one to share stuff with friends and job and 1 account is more than enough) and i don't have a cellphone (nor do i want to put my personnel phone number on the internet for obvious reasons).
So should i just create a gmail account and delete this one? I kinda need help with this before i start giving out my address to people...

I have just realized that, I too have lost all my emails (pre Outlook.com era). This is a common subject and have looked at many of the previous discussions. It seems the best method to look at resolving to create a new discussion. I don't believe this
was due to inactivity as I have been signing into MSN for 15+ years regularly, previously through hotmail.com (and Windows Live Mail), via Skype and Xbox Live (also for years and years).

Earlier today I bought Microsoft Office 365 University. I got everything set up on my laptop ,running windows 8, no problem. I tested out SkyDrive and it will upload any file I put into the SkyDrive folder to my cloud but it will just not sync with One
Note. Under the share tab, in One Note, it says "Additional information is needed in order to use this service" (referring to SkyDrive). It then prompts me to "repair". However, when I hit the repair link a message pops up saying "To continue please read
and sign the SkyDrive terms of use". When I hit "ok" it takes me straight to my SkyDrive cloud where I can access my other files in it. Pretty much, I some how bypassed signing the terms and conditions. The same problem happens when I try to use the One Note
app on my android phone (Droid Mini if that helps at all). If anyone knows how to fix this please let me know.
I figured it was a problem with my Cell Phone Provider, but come to find out it's not. I've tried sending it to 2 different email accounts with Hotmail and still haven't gotten anything. I sent it to my Yahoo Email and I got it. This has been going on
for the past lets say 7 hours now. Never had this problem before.
