I’m not able to work with attachments in Outlook.com

I am willing to grant permission to access my account, please open a private messaging area for me.

 

I have tried everything in all Threads Related to Topic: I'm not able to work with attachments in Outlook.com.  All of the solutions you suggested do not work for me.  I'm still not able to attach a file to an email.  Once I goto Open the file I'm attaching, I get the message "Internet Explorer has stopped Working" and must close.

I have been reading everything in all the community for months.  Information you needed:

Email Address: *** Email address is removed for privacy ***

Operating System: Windows 7 with SP1

Browser: Internet Explorer 10

Microsoft Silverlight version 5.1.2 or latest version

I am using a Personal Computer

I had Hotmail, but it was upgraded to Outlook.com in 2013

No, I did not make any changes myself to cause this problem.

Things I tried: 

Problem started when upgraded to Outlook.com

I had Internet Explorer 9, but tried upgrading to IE10 & still didn't work

Reset Internet Explorer Settings

Checked for Windows Updates & Updated

Deleted cookies, caches & temporary files

Uninstalled Silverlight

When that didn't work - Reinstalled Silverlight

Logged out of all Microsoft & logged back in

Used In-Private Browsing

In between all of this, I restarted my PC, but STILL IT DOES NOT WORK!

 

 

Enable password reset in widows live admin center

Why can’t i just drag my email to my calendar. Does MS hate people?

I really don't want to use a million keystrokes to move an email into my calendar.  We used to be able to drag an email into the calendar.  Why is that not an option now?

 

And speaking of options.  How do you go about customizing things in this software?  In the MS videos they show two small calendars on the side of the outlook email-- but you can't do that if the web comments are correct.

 

Why can't MS just tell us what options they take away so we can decide whether to buy new software or to throw the whole thing away.

 

Yeesh.

For the past couple of days when I sign on to outlook I get switched to ask.com and the following is displayed:

How come there is not a select all contacts to send emails?  I created groups but how do I edit those groups?

When I sign into my hotmail account, it takes me straight to my account information and won’t let me view emails…help!!

When I attempted to sign in - it takes me straight to my account information and will only let me change my personal info or close my account - it does not give me the option to view my emails...am I missing something?  Please help!!

I cannot find AutoMovie feature in Home ribbon

In the tutorial on Live Movie Maker that was uploaded in 2009 there was an auto movie feature that I cannot find on the 2012 home ribbon.  Has this feature been deleted or am I just not looking in the right place?
