My ‘search email’ function will not find emails

I know these emails are in my in my inbox. I have looked at the forums without success and followed what little advice there was. I want to know how I can easily fix this problem. I want to know in plain english, not being kept referred to links that don't help. I have cleared the cache, I do not have thousands of emails in my boxes either. I am getting desperate to find these 'hidden' emails. Thanks.

I set up my email account exactly as I have it on my desktop computer, but I can only receive e-mails when I try to send I get a error message 0x80042109 that outlook cannot connect to your ougoing smtp email server

Because some of my correspondents are unable to open attachments, I sometimes copy 'word' documents and paste them straight into the e-mail window itself. These word documents sometimes contain diagrams or other graphics. This was never a problem with the old hotmail, but now, with the new, unasked for and unwanted 'Outlook' system, the graphics will not appear in the pasted-in document. I am told they have been 'blocked', 'for my safety,' even though these graphics come from my own collection within my own computer. This is a major inconvenience. How may I paste in an entire 'word' document without losing any graphics etc. it contains?

Hi I'm trying to register a custom domain in "Windows Live Admin Center" of which I have registered a couple a few years ago and remember have this problem last time.

When trying to add the domain "charlotte-barnes.co.uk" I get the error below:

 

This domain name can't be used because it contains a protected word or inappropriate language. Please contact support if you feel this is not the case.

 

When contacting support via the link they are simply account lockout support people and they could not help, and have pointed me to here to get resolved.

 

Please could Microsoft Support resolve this problem as there is NOT a protected word or inappropriate language in this domain, if you are detecting it as such then again you have a problem.

I am not getting my order confirmation emails from bing rewards

Every time I order something from bing rewards I don't get the order confirmation email.  I have to contact help & I get those emails with the information I need but they also say they resend the confirmation email but I don't get that email.

Not able to register domain for emails on outlook.com

Hello:

I am not able to register my domain www.gamesapps4u.com on outlook.com for emails. I already raised this here http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windowslive/forum/admin-signin/not-able-to-register-domain-for-emails-on/f907a59a-a162-4b58-975f-96eb0e99634b?rtAction=1379601015897. But did not have any way to check for the progress on this issue. So posting this as new issue.

hotmail problem – This content cannot be displayed in frame.

Hi, please note this is a hotmail problem on my laptop - a previous response for this on an xbox did not help, and was not explained clearly anyway.

When I try to send a message in hotmail I can enter the addressee and the title but not any message content. This appears in the message area:

"This content cannot be displayed in frame.

To help protect the security of information you enter into this website, the publisher of this content does not allow it to be displayed in a frame"

I have not changed my setting in ANY way so don't understand how this can suddenly have happened, and it is NOT a problem on my other hotmail account.  Problem is on account in hotmail.co.uk, hotmail.com is working.  I'm on IE 9.

Please, please make any solutions simple ie. if I have to change a setting give me a click by click on what to do, don't just say for e.g tick/untick this box and not tell me how to find it! If I could do that, and be as savvy as you, I wouldn't be asking for help, after all!

IMAP on Mac mail

Hello, 

Since outlook now support IMAP protocol, I set up my hotmail account on Mac mail with IMAP using guidelines given by microsoft on these pages

After a long time (12 hours or so) and some help on my part (refreshing, asking for sync every half hour etc.) all my folders are loaded and mails downloaded.

However now that all is downloaded, the sync is very very slow (sometimes after an hour of "loading", the syncing is not done) and sometimes it throw this error :
"Unable to open "hotmail"
The connexion to the server "imap-mail.outlook.com" on port 993 has expired"

Is that something that is currently being resolved (as stated in some of the other topics) or is there another problem on my part

Emails not sent, getting the error “550 5.7.1 Message rejected due to content restrictions”

We just moved our domain emails to outlook.com, and when sending to some domains we got the following error:

Arrival-Date: Mon, 23 Sep 2013 04:22:17 -0700
Action: failed
Status: 5.7.1
Diagnostic-Code: smtp;550 5.7.1 Message rejected due to content restrictions". 

We have even tried to send an empty email and still getting the same error. We have checked our MX Records IPs (65.54.188.78 & 65.54.188.109) in the Blacklists filters and found them blacklisted in the following filters:
