My hotmail account has recently been blocked since Microsoft believes other people may be using it, but I don't know the information I need to unblock it because I haven't used it as my primary email account in years, I've only been using it for xbox live.

5 hours of working with them and getting transferred to their tier 2 techs.. they concluded that it was a Windows Live Mail software issue. They gave me the phone # to Microsoft. Microsoft phone support said they couldn't help me and they said to do the
online support. Online support want to sign me up for a service contract or they advised me to seek advice from this community online...so here I am. Hopefully someone knows how to help! Thanks in advance ....

Hello there, I can sign into my account but after that it say's that "it appears there might have been someone else using your account", so then I can't go any further and I have tried to recover it and verify it by filling out the form and by ringing
up as well and no luck with that. Could someone help me as I have a lot of important contracts and I don't want to make a new account? Thanks - Mark Bartlett

How do I change birth date, which restricts me from gaining full access, on Hotmail account back to an original birth date so I am not restricted and do not need validation from a parental consent?
At the moment, it will not give me the option to change any of the birth dates.
I can not sign into my windows live mail. When I click it, it opens. I can see my email account on the side, but then a message pops up. You are working off line, would you like to go on line now? When I click yes, it ask me to put in my email and password.
When I enter them, it says this service is temporarily unavailable. I think I set up my window live mail account wrong. Is anything I can do to fix this, or do I delete and start all over?
I see only 2 (two) e mails listed on my screen, I delete them & 2 more appear, & I delete them, ect. How can all incoming e mails be listed at once.???
