Can I use my live.com email ID with Microsoft Office Outlook 2007 using POP3? If yes what are the settings I need to do. Please help.

Microsoft won’t let me reset password

Will someone from Microsoft please help!!!

I have an elderly (82) friend who has somehow locked herself out of her hotmail account and I have been trying (in vain obviously!) to get her back in by using the reset password questionnaire.

This keeps coming back with 'sorry but you have not provided enough information....' and so we are unable to reset.

Bearing in mind she is not in the first flush of youth, she can't remember recent emails as she hasn't sent one for a while, she hasn't created any folders so the information she can provide is therefore limited.

So, we have now got to the stage where I don't know what to do to enable the password to be reset so she can get back in. She has created a new account but she has some emails she would like to access in the locked out account.

I have tried the single code access route but she has not received the code (maybe the phone number doesn't match up?

Is it possible to get someone to phone her up and give her a code?

i tried the account recovery form so many times before, but it did not work because i don't know the security question..
the person who hacked my account, he changed the password and the security question and that's why every-time
i try to recover my account it doesn't recover.. but i know all the other questions and all information about my email,, and i also remember my other security question, and the last time i logged in to my account..

Windows Live Mail – categories (groups of contacts)

Hi, I am using Windows Live Mail 2012, Windows 7, and cannot find out how to delete contacts from categories. When I choose a category (previously known as a group) of contacts and then click on Edit, I can only add more people to the category and not delete them.

inserting logo in email in outlook

Hi,

I have looked through the Q&A's, but have found nothing that address' my issue. I have three (3) logo's that I need to insert in my email. The text comes across just find when you copy/paste, but the logo's do not. Why? Any ideas? Thank you in advance for looking at my question. I am using Outlook.

In my case, I'm not as surefooted yet with Windows Live Mail as I am with the bells and whistles familiar to me in the web-based email site. If I randomly use the familiar site after having installed that identity to my Windows Live Mail app, do I create problems for myself? Or is it perfectly okay?

I have recently discovered that I have deleted many important emails (organized in a folder) from my account of *** Email address is removed for privacy *** Is there any way that those emails can be restored ? (Since April 2013)

Verizon email not working in Windows Live

I have been using Windows Live as my Email provider. I have only received email 2 different times to my Verizon email since May of this year. JFYI! I installed Outlook and Verizon email doesn't work there neither. Help!!!!!!!!!!! Also, Live email works fine. It is ONLY dealing w/my Verizon email which stopped working back in May.

Can not send emil to groups using Windows Live Mail 2012

Over the past week I have encountered a problem in sending e-mail to groups in my address book. I am able to do so and then for some unknown reason I no longer am able to do so. The condition comes and goes. When attempting to Send, I get a pop-up window stating:

"This message could not be sent

. Type an e-mail address for one or more recipients in the

To; Cc, or the Bcc box.

Can someone please tell me how to fix this problem? Thanks for your help.

Im doing this in behalf of my customer:

he is actually using a Windows Live Mail POP SERVER 3 2009 edition

he was not able to log-in on his account, this email is associated by his work

he mentioned that TIME WARNER change his email domain, after changing it he no longer able to log-in

when he entered the username & the password it says INCORRECT

how can we assist customer having this problem?
