I'm updating my security information today I got a text earlier prompting me to visit https://account.live.com/confirm and enter a code. However, the page cant be found. How am i going to enter the code given to me?
2 situations: If I email a photo from Photoshop Lightroom, the windows live window appears. In the lower left corner is a preset dropdown to select the quality. I select Full Size. But when email goes the recipient receives a 400KB size file, instead
of the 10 mb FILE. Why DOES THE RECIPIENT not get a full size? 2nd case, attaching a photo to an email message, results the same.Thanks for your help to set preferences in Skymail.
Since my account has been deactivated/deleted. How will I be able to access my Xbox live profile? It has been less than 270 days since I was last on the Xbox live account that was associated with that email. However after I formatted my Xbox hard
drive, I could no longer gain access to my account because it originally signed into my xbox live profile without the use of my email and password.

I am unable to reset my Microsoft account password due to a non-existent bellsouth.net password linked to it. The account was set up over 8 years ago when I set up my Xbox live account. I contacted AT&T(bellsouth) and confirmed this account has been deleted
due to inactivity. My security question answer is not working either. I have completed the form with credit card billing info etc for my Xbox live account and the response I receive back is "email address from a provider other than Microsoft." And then
prompted to have password reset sent to the bellsouth email which is not existent anymore.
Please help me to reset my password and change the email address associated with my Microsoft account.

Issue: Account no longer found/valid, will not accept password, cannot reset password as it states there is no such account.
Additional info: Attempted to signup using same information (as it states the account does not exist), however during signup it says account does exist and I cannot register it.
Current steps taken: spoke with online SkyDrive support via email, ticket number SRX1217504853ID and was directed here.
What lead up to this: I was logged into my account at *** Email address is removed for privacy *** via computer to delete a few messages (none read) and logged off as usual. Almost immediately after (within 5-10 minutes) I got a message on my phone stating that it could not connect to my email. This is when I attempted to reconnect via computer, attempted to change my password and it tells me the account does not exist, and attempted to sign up as a new user with the email and it tells me the account name is not available.
No emails were opened, computer used is for work only, has anti-virus software, has been formatted less than 30 days ago, and it not used to surf the internet or download anything. Phone has anti-virus software on it and my 3 other accounts connected to my phone are working properly with nothing abnormal to report.
I believe this to be an issue in the server side coding with my particular account and was hoping somebody could help me out with this since it's something I would obviously have no access to.

I am unable to access my Hotmail account and when I try to do reset password option, it tells me that account doesn't exists. I know about 270 day rule and 365 day rule already. If I do fall in 270 day category, how come I can't reactivate it? If I try
to open a new account with the same name, it tells me that it is reserved. Email is *** Email address is removed for privacy ***

In the past few days my hot-mail account has stopped working both on my desktop and mobile telephone.
If I try to send an email from another account (Sky) it bounces back and the Hot-mail folder shows empty!
I have an email address which I am trying to reset the password however the current message is being displayed "The Microsoft account is incorrect. Please try again." Any solutions?
