I wanted to either forward or send an email to someone but cannot do so. I looked thru other answers and tried what they said but it didn't work right. What I did was go to "NEW" for messages, clicked the down arrow on "Insert" and it came up with 3 things
to upload from my computer but what I wanted to send was not in my computer pictures it is in my email so how to I send something from my email to someone else's email? Thanks.

I have been trying to recover my password to an account that I have not signed into in over months. I have tried filling out the forum and provide enough information but each time I get an email back saying that I have not provided enough information.
I have tried contacting agents with outlook and they have told me that I much call Microsoft to have them escalate my problem. The thing is, I do not have a working phone therefore I cannot call to have this escalated. It is important that I access my account
as soon as possible. Can a new password be sent to an alternate email for me to reset my old password to access my old email?
There was an option to see when i created my email account in the old hotmail but i can't find it in outlook setting ...so how can i see the date i created my email account at hotmail ??

I made a Microsoft Account many years ago for Xbox, and as such has a lot of things attached I'd like to keep. However, it was made with an email I no longer use due to a change in ISP (I was with Sky, hence had a Sky email). I now have a new email address (Gmail)

As I no longer use Xbox, I have not needed to update information. However, as I recently got a Windows 8 laptop, I created an account with my new email address. However, as I wanted to keep my old Microsoft account (with features like Windows Live, which
I still use on some games out of necessity) I deleted this new account.
However, I cannot add the Google Mail address as an alias, as I am informed that 'This email address is already taken. Please try another one.'
Ideally, I would like any links to my old email removed and updated (contact preferences changed to Gmail, ID changed to Gmail etc.)

On my desktop computer (Windows 8) I get a message saying "Your IMAP has not responded in 60 seconds. Would you like to wait another 60 seconds for the server to respond?" Error OX800CCC0F
It doesn't happen with our laptops, just the desktop. Is it a Windows Live mail problem or a Charter question?

I have one email that refuses to be deleted or moved. I keep getting "An unknown error has occurred". Is this email permanent? It is from a legitimate sender with legitimate, but now unwanted, information.
