Duplicate emails and missing folders in Windows Live Mail

Windows Live Mail acted as if it exported then imported contents [without having received command to do so] and all of a sudden many folders are missing and within the folders, the contents are confused. In many cases, the contents of one message is repeated over and over again regardless of the subject/sender/date of messages.  This also skips folders, with the same message appearing in many folders.  Any ideas as to how to recover lost folders and to solves this problem?

my mail has been hacked , and i used  reset my password  method
i got mail from (microsoft) in my alternative mail confirming the ownership of my account ,
 without reset link  to reset my password , all what i need is reset link to be sent to my alternative mail

Why am I required to enter my email address every time I want to sign in for emails?? In my former hotmail sign in page I was not required to enter the address, just the password; my address was left in place. That doesn't seem to be an option anymore. Why not??

I tried sending a e-mail with photos attached. Photos populated to the body of the text. I received error message: "The message could not be sent because it could not be split into smaller parts." Instructed to delete the photo e-mail, but it doesn't show up in my "Sent Items" Folder and there is not an Outbox Folder. Now I cannot create a new message. How do I clear the error message to enable new messages to be created?

Delete the photo email, create a new one, and try to send it again.

my email is hacked i filled the form and answered several questions and gave an alternate email so microsoft support can respond but no respond for days i tried 5 times to fill the form what should i do to get back my email ????

Email Trash Emptying Problem

I have an inordinate amount of emails - am trying to empty the trash can of approx 1700 emails - it will not complete the process.

I can connect to internet and sign  in to my windows live email account but keep receiving a server error 4102. ID 0x80072EE7 every time I try to access my messages. I cannot seem to get answers to what the problem is.
