Error 554 – ISP blacklisted – cannot send email

I've recently started to get intermittent problems with failed emails in outlook (exhotmail).

The message source says:

It happens randomly, not on every email.

How can I get myself unblocked please!!


Why does Windows Live Mail lose emails?

I have lost numerous email from my inbox folder in Windows Live Mail. This has happened numerous times and I need to get it stopped! So far I have not noticed losing email in other folders...but I am not totally sure if this has happened or not.

The lost email ARE NOT in the deleted folder or in any other folder that I have looked at.

Can someone help me?

Suddenly, my Windows Live Mail doesn't work anymore - ie it won't download any new messages, although I can still see the old ones.
I have Windows 7.

It keeps asking me in dialogue boxes if I want to go online (it doesn't normally ask me this)

Error message when I use drop down menu of Sync- all email accounts; is:

Unable to send or receive messages for the Hotmail.co ........... account.

 

Server Response: An error has occurred.

Port: 0

Secure(SSL): No


PS:  I can still access my hotmail account through the hotmail internet site, so it's not a problem at source.

what does a small pin on below right corner of windows live mail status bar indicate

I am new to windows live mail and when I try to check the status of downloaded messages on windows live, another window pops up, perhaps that's status window. On the bottom right corner of this window is an image like that of a pin, which tilts when clicked.

What exactly is this pin and what's the purpose of same?

My e-mail address is locked because someone else has apparently been using it. I have filled out the forms 3 times now with all the information I know to my best ability and still can't get it unlocked. I have bills I need to access and can't get in. Is there a number I can call to speak to someone personally? What can I do to get my e-mail back?

I recieved a notification from one address I recently emailed and I want to know if this delayed then failure emails from *** Email address is removed for privacy *** are legit or not. If they are scams or malware have the emails actually sent as the adress I have sent to is about an upcoming job so need to know asap please.

In Windows Live Mail, how to delete a contact without deleting them within the group?

In my Live Mail account, I have contacts in groups that I do not want in my regular contact list.  When I try to delete the contact from the list, it is also deleted from the group.  How can I remove the contact from my list without deleting it from the group that it is in?
