cannot find my mails

Hi guys
I have email account @hotmail.com (outlook.com), recently the old emails I have since august 2013, I cannot find. this is always happening with Hotmail account only and I can find the lost mails in pop folder or delete folder. but this time I cannot find everywhere and they are important as they contain link and serial numbers for software (original).
in Hotmail settings I used 2 way verification so no one can hack my account, but now Im not sure about this. please help me if you can

this mr herbert is a scam name i just sent myself an email and it is from MR. Herbert i have tryed going to edit account but this still does nothing i have so many things linked to this email address i would hate to make a new one

Email messages in some folders corrupt – same text for all

I went to open an email saved in a folder today and the text was not from that email - it was from a different email in that folder.  In fact, all 21 emails in that folder access the same, single email. This happened in several folders.  This is the second time this has happened since using Windows Live Mail; once a year or so ago and again today. 

 

I am using Version 2011 (Build 15.4.3555.0308).  I was not importing or exporting anything.  I am afraid to click on any other saved emails.  Is clicking on them corrupting them, or are they all now completely messed up?  There are financial, tax and organizational emails, not to mention confirmations of purchases as well as registration codes and other activation codes that I need in my folders.  I wouldn't have saved these emails if I didn't need them again!  

 

Is this corruption reversible or are the emails in the corrupted folders lost forever?  What causes this and is there any way to prevent it?

I gave my mail address wrong to a person who will send me very important pics for me that I proposed marriage my gf at the stadium... how can I get them ? also wrong mail address was now owner untill I took it too

...my mail address (removed for privacy) But I gave it (removed for privacy) evcause I was too excited when I proposed marriage to mf GF at the staidum. He will send me pics take at the stadium while proposal... and (removed for privacy) address was no owner until I took it too. then is there a way to reacj this pics or sender ? because if I can reach the sender person I can request to sent them again... could you please help me ?

what is the australian phone number for help, i have tried 555-0100 it is no good

My HOTMAIL Account has been BLOCKED. Urgently need to recover this account and that specific e-mail address. The information I provided was apparently not sufficient.

I have tried to recover my account *** Email address is removed for privacy *** and after 3 attempts (which I provided exact information) it will not let me have access. I have created this new account to post a message. I have been led in circles by the "Help" system, and still haven't resolved this issue, it is now an extremely urgent matter, as I'm expecting to receive highly important Immigration documents through this e-mail address any day soon, and absolutely must have access to them. 

I was asked to give name of 'groups' on the account, which were created approximately 10 years ago and I have no idea of these groups. I provided the exact titles of e-mails and e-mail address I have previously sent and was still told it was insufficient.

I require URGENT access to this account, please provide me with a PERSON to talk with, to discuss how I can read e-mails being sent to *** Email address is removed for privacy ***

I have found that "hotmail" is no longer listed as one of the products in the options list, and have had to select Outlook.com and Mail as my options.
