Hotmail do not reciveing some of the e-mails

I have HOTMAIL account for 15 years , and now I have problem with receiving some of the e-mails. they are not arriving in to junk folder and senders do not getting any errors back from server. This happens for example with e-mails from AMAZON.com or my wife company e-mail. I do not have any filters on my account. Please help.

 

why do all emails from outlook.com show Unknown Sender?

REPOST:  I use WLM as my desktop client for email at Comcast.net. I am now switching my email accounts from Comcast.net to Outlook.com. During the transition I have set my outlook.com account to send and receive the email at Comcast so that I only have to log into Outlook.com to see both accounts.

 

I notice that any Comcast emails retrieved through the Outlook.com account have a yellow banner across the top saying Unknown Sender. I can either ignore it or pick Allow Sender. It does this for every email, even if from the same sender.

 

When I send an email from my Outlook.com email either to Comcast or Outlook email there is no banner on the received message, but there is a banner on the copy in the sent folder.

I do not see any banner when I use the web based Outlook, only WLM.

 

I have tried the mentioned repair option with no results.

Windows Live Mail opens minimized but will not Maximize

My wife's computer is displaying issues with Windows Live Mail.

When you start the program, it displays the Windows Live Mail splash screen and immediately minimizes to the task bar next to the time as shown below:



Double-clicking the icon makes the icon flash the color behind it but nothing happens.

Right-clicking the icon and selecting Open Windows Live Mail results in nothing happening.

Right-clicking the icon and selecting "Contacts" results in nothing happening.

Right-clicking the icon and selecting "Compose an email" or "Create an event" results in the following popup window being displayed:



Right-clicking the icon and selecting "Exit" results in a popup window appearing and immediately closing so fast you cannot read it.

I have tried unsuccessfully to read the popup as it is opening and closing and think I see something about "out of memory" and an error code but cannot make out the number.  Odd, the only app running other than Firefox where I am composing this is Windows Live Mail (I know there are other apps running in the background as well as services...) and the system is maxed out on memory (4 GB) running Windows 7 Home Premium.

I need to correct this as I can get to my wife's email from a Web portal but it appears the setting inside Windows Live Mail is set for the program to pull all email locally and then delete the email from the server...as when I check it from the Web portal and WLM is running, there is no mail to be found.

Deleted hotmail account – how to recover old emails

Several months ago but less than a year I tried to close my account.   I need to recover the emails as something very important is in need of retrieving.  I noticed when I went to the close the account it said it would be possible to recover emails withing a certain time period.  I am hoping I can still do this.  Is there anyone that can help me to figure this out?  My account is still active, I can still log in.  It did not close down.

when try to sign in show these message :
 It looks like someone else might be using your account
To help you—and only you—get back into *** Email address is removed for privacy ***, we need to verify that it's yours.

when press next :
2nd: How do you want to receive your security code?
i can't choose the first option because my uncle not remember the  alternative mail .

3rd: when choose the second option ( i can't verify my account ) and insert all required info, after 24 hours the reply you can't verify your mail . 

and i tried to verify it by send code on phone but not found phone option .

sooo what the solution for this problem ???

Hello,

When I am signed in my outlook and I am reading a  mail or starting to type a mail search, I am redirected to ask.com, without me doing anything (I did not press enter or click on search).The ask.com page says: " your search...did not match any result, with the live.com long link stated as a search I have supposedly made, when I didn't! I don't eve use ask.com! So I cannot use my mail properly because I am constantly redirected to this page.
Please HELP!!

Windows Live Mail won’t go online

On opening my WLM this afternoon it said it was working offline. The 'work online' dialogue box came up but when I press 'yes' nothing happens and WLM remains offline.  Any ideas please?

Windowsl Live mail text size

I have just upgraded my machine from Win 8 to 8.1 preview. Running Windows Live mail,  when I open an email to read it the text size is normal - 12pt. As soon as I click on reply, the text size shrinks dramatically - it still tells me it's 12pt but it looks more like 6pt.


I can't find any reason why it is doing that. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Mail, but it has made no difference.  It was working fine on WIn8. Any suggestions?
